If Cortese, Poch, and perhaps even the liebherrs go, it's wrong to assume the club would instantly go into decline. We would still be a debt free Premier League club with a modern, average sized stadium, first class training facilities and a large supporter base etc. There's no reason why the club shouldn't be a stable top flight club based on those credentials.
