I think that is the situation, so they maybe allowed a couple of frees/loans if not too expensive under the FL's case-by-case objective, but if they manage to off-load KPB and Utaka then I expect they could get some decent frees/loans if available and willing to go to the club.

Do you really thing the selling of images will outweigh the amount the drop in sponsorship will have? There are many that don't, including the evidence of Celtic, a club which has tried to do it this way and failed. What makes you think Saints will succeed? Again, how much do you think this revenue stream will bring in? For all the negative news I don't think it's worth it.
