The multi-talented KD showed his time out injuried hasn't been wasted by learning the art of puppetry.

The chants should be amusing on Saturday (I think it's live on Sky?) http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2009/dec/04/portsmouth-players-pay Does anyone know if the O'Hara loan only until the end of this year? So there is potential that if the new owner doesn't get some finance, not only will they not be able to sign anyone but they'll lose five of their better players and finally more money owed at the end of January... "Perchance he for whom this bell tolls may be so ill, as that he knows not it tolls for him; and perchance I may think myself so much better than I am, as that they who are about me, and see my state, may have caused it to toll for me, and I know not that." Let's hope someone offers him a wafer-thin mint.

good call and no relocation fees either.

Why? Because it is achievable, a stretch target if you like. I'd be ecstatic if we made them. You do realise mid-table (12th) is currently only 4 points away. I don't think it will take another 27 games to haul those in.

Well, I'm tempted to do a double chance thinking Burnley will get something out of the game against the skates. Odds are at evens with billhill.

Loans are included so while the ban is in place no player can join them, but first they need to find players that want to join in the relegation fight.

He is the best English manager around. He's done a few things for UEFA, this is a highlight of his considerable knowledge of the game: http://www.uefa.com/trainingground/index.html#34002/128/519235 If Bullard can stay injury free for the rest of the season, Hull have a good chance of survival. After Saturday against Man U, the Skates could be still on seven points, seven points from safety with a win for West Ham (v Burnley).

Happy to line them up ;-) It was on another forum that the fans had noticed (!) he wasn't getting a game anymore.

Play a reserve team against Northampton..?
Doctoroncall replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
Actually, we can send out a team that have played for the first team before (e.g Bart, Paterson, McClaggon etc)... it's all relative but the FA will not enforce the "represent the full available strength" rule as it means nothing in this era of first team squads being 24+ players. -
Is there any reason why Tommy Smith is no longer playing (payments due to games played)? He was rated as one of their better players.
-
Well it's on their website about the charges... http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw/content1?mediaId=load105044&catId=2500042

As you haven't stated all the information it's hard to see what they have done. If you are not satisfied write to: Customs and International Review and Appeals Team 7th Floor South West Alexander House 21 Victoria Avenue Essex SS99 1AA, but they would need to know every detail.

Not sure what is meant by customs fee/charge. Is that excise duty and/or VAT to be paid? It seems like some Parcel Force bureaucracy they have created to get money out of customers especially as this maybe classed as a gift... All goods imported into the UK from outside the EU must be declared to HM Customs & Excise and in most cases this includes goods bought over the Internet. If you are sent a gift with a value of £36 or less, and which complies with the following it will be free from customs duty and import VAT (this does not include alcohol, tobacco, perfumes and toilet waters): The customs declaration must be completed correctly. The gift must be sent from a private person outside the EU to a private person(s) in this country. There is no commercial or trade element and the gift has not been paid for either directly or indirectly. The gift is of an occasional nature only, for example, for a birthday or anniversary. Customs duty becomes payable if the value of the goods is over £120 but duty is waived if the amount of duty calculated is less than £7. There are a number of other circumstances where relief from some or all customs charges and it's best to talk to HMRC about it (at the depot that holds your package).

I don't think they do, otherwise the FA would/should enforce it. -
Has it been lifted? I don't see anything on the beeb except for SAF saying it will be soon, will be soon, will be soon and he is giving the club rights to the land he doesn't own!

more like f*ck! Still in profit (just) from my bets with Saints this season.
-
£300 on a saints win (8/11).

I have that as my ringtone!

It's probably a cultural thing too, working for european pharma companies there is none of the autocratic or 'touchy feely' management styles. Responsibility is taken seriously whatever level, perhaps it's a can do attitude rather than being given instructions as to a way something needs to be done.
-
Sorry, not in the industry I work in. All it does is bred contempt, lowers productivity and good people leave.
-
I'm sorry, but the victorian days of management have gone. If that ever happen at a company these days, talented staff would leave and the company would soon "go down the pan".

Winning at Wembley in the first season - Good or Bad?
Doctoroncall replied to PaulSaint's topic in The Saints
Meanwhile, somewhere on the other side of the planet an intelligent question is being asked. -
The Sky money would make both Celtic and Rangers big clubs in the league so if the number of teams in the PL stay the same Bolton would suffer. I wonder what UEFA would do if it gets approved by the PL.
