Depends on their attitude, last season loans were used or they get frozen out. You’d hope most footballers would want to play and play for the team, wanting to get the next contract, but maybe the modern players aren’t all like that anymore.

Depends if there is a directive he needs to follow (or restrict by, take your choice). My list of four: Cooper - known and experienced, maybe limited but has also worked well with young players. Could just need a bit of direction and support. Rohl - done well with little budget, has pedigree coaching, potential to grow. Jaissle - was part of red bull, pragmatist but likes fullbacks to attack as well as press. In last year of contract with Al-Ahli. Terzić - wild card. Progressed through Dortmund backroom, not currently in a job, prefers possession but has shown pragmatism when needed.

Can only see a loss, even though it’s against the 17th placed side.

That seven was bizarre and didn’t reflect the analysis. lowest goals scored in all four divisions I believe 🤨

A really tedious argument about stats and Spelling

I know it’s off topic but there is so much to un-tap in phones to make them more efficient and effective. Plenty on YouTube or other platforms. I like Tyler Poelking. -

A statistical fallacy. You got there in the end. -

What strawman argument? -
Leicester drawing against Brighton, now they have found their scoring boots, don’t know where the points will come from to beat Derby’s record.

On to the next match.

As the well known saying goes, ‘He uses statistics as a drunken man uses lamp posts – for support rather than for illumination.’ it’s the reasoning and interpretation behind the data which is also important. -
Anyone now how much Ipswich spent? they at least seemed to have a better idea of targets for performing in the PL but are still well short (probably from the players already on the books).

More likely to save Ange from being fired. can we get a draw?

Leicester giving up already.

So we are going full on remote scouting and utilising YouTube and football gaming data. What could go wrong? Can’t wait for these ‘Monster’ players with the team playing ‘Beast’ tactics. Or should that be the other way round? I know it’s April the first but the first announcement was in March.

I cannot believe this thread has made it to page 2!

Shame, one thing that has let VA down this season is scoring enough goals, now the defence are not functioning well. Looks like another season in this division.

Keeping Track of the Contracts 2024-25

He’s a Nigerian forward.20 year old Subomi Dare hasn’t featured much for the youth teams and is looking to switch academies, with Spurs showing the most interest. -
I think we were always odds on to go down, but not like this. The trouble is there has been little response from most of the games he’s been in charge of after taking over. Any manager usually gets an uptick at some point, not a flat line. why stick with five at the back considering the evidence it’s been problematic and short changes the midfield presence? why change from zonal to man marking mid season? No other PL team does man to man. why constantly change the team lineup? Better against Liverpool but quickly forgotten.

Leicester beat us to becoming the first Premier League team to lose seven home matches in a row without scoring.
