I don't think you understand, it was an idea which didn't get far enough to cancel, but don't let that portsmyth get in the way like the dock strikes, WWII tank commander, huge debt we have etc. Anyway, I wish PST well in their endeavour to be 100% fan owed and debt free going forward.

Yep that's right, MP was very involve, although that maybe partly down to having to promote them after losing so many players from the first team with the club having to sell. With our players, they'll only move up when ready for the challenge, I think the management team are acutely aware that players develop at different speeds and they will be given time and the right environment to help reach their potential.
