Will he be able to have carte blanche to do that at Spurs considering the personnel they currently have (Baldini for one)? Lets not forget the cultural aspects we have at the club seems to be all encompassing, it needs leadership and management to be committed to it to become reality. He may tick all the boxes of what they want to do but is he suitable for the role and club.

That is a surprise as the players said trading under Poch was more intense and Koeman has introduce more technical trading over the physical side. You probably don't realise but fourth place doesn't get you into the CL. It only gets you a play-off with another European club, likely to be a difficult game if UEFA use their coefficient system to determine the draw.

Thoroughly enjoyed the the JPT adventure as a League One side and glad we won it. I would take the League Cup win over fourth place. Great to win some silverware to add to the honours list, fourth only gets a Play-off game to the the Champions League and it'll be against a team that has a high co-efficient so is likely to be a difficult opponent.
