Top that with the financial problems that comes with relegation and the need to abide by the FFP laws of the championship. It took us 7 years to get back last time and could be even longer this . I think some fans forget that when we survived on the last day of the season v Sheffield United and the season we went down to the 3rd division the championship was no fun at all .

Reading have now had their points deduction confirmed and are now only a point above the relegation zone . We could lose another good trip if they go down .

Reading could go down I belive they have a 6 point penalty to come yet.

I'd like Eaverton and Bournemouth to come down with us, can you imagine being in a lower league then fucking Bournemouth? By appointing till the end of the season Selles our crap owners / board are taking no more of a gamble then by appointing any other manager their crazy minds could think of. However lets not forget that Selles came in the summer with a load of other coaches to help improve us - that has not happend. We can re asses in the summer and hopefully by then board may surprise us and appoint a manager that could lead a play-off push next season.

The Stewards also allowed Newcastle fans to stand in the gangways throughout the game . In fact there seemed a distinct lack of stewards in the away end last night by the exit / entry points and gangways. Not sure if pleased is the right word but I was pleased to see those Newcastle fans who "bigged" it up when they scored get a smack. As has been said, the club seem hell bent on penalizing Saints fans when ever they can at our OWN ground.

When ever the club states for away games “ depending on ticket sales “ then very quickly they send tickets back without tell anyone. i suspect this will be the case this time and we will send back at least 2 blocks. so only have around 2000/2500 avaible .

100% agree Salisu has a mistake in him more or less every game. no where near as good as some fans make out.

You couldn’t have been around when Branfoot was getting slagged off at The Dell or when Lowe was getting grief when we were in the championship then of you think it’s toxic now . The crowed boo players at half time / full time or both sonetimes it’s hardly toxic for 90 mins .

Having seen all Saints games so far this season in person I can honestly say I haven’t seen 3 worse teams then us yet . If Ivan Toney gets banned then Brentford could struggle a lot and be one of the teams to drop. We fully deserve to be 19th after 15 games . Plenty of time to turn it around though I’ve got less faith then the bookies have in us !

Atvleast the club admit now that our fans arnt the worst behaved . Up until now they’ve made it clear or wanted it to look like our fans were one of the worst . As for away fans in home areas do they not take their names and tickets / seat numbers when they Chuck them out ? Thus ban them from any future matches ?
