As others have said I have a ticket but not sure I can justify my time and money on a dead rubber for us . I’ll go to the Fullham game to see us be officially relegated , I’ll go to Brighton for the day out and then give the scousers a miss - I don’t enjoy playing them at the best of times but they’ll be loads of them scattered about all over the ground - and no interest in seeing us lose again playing crab football and a team that’s been picked out a hat .

Unfortunately I can see both Leicester and Everton getting out of it.

No chance . One of our group who I goto games with very rarely mentions when there is a meeting nor what we’d like to bring up.. They’ve said 2 things this season - the club were right to shut down block 1 this dispite sitting in the chapel far away from the so called trouble spot. the other that the club should put season ticket prices up due to being more games played next season.

Do we have a best 11? Not sure we can rustle up 11 worthy of a premier league team ?

Adkins was fantastic for us , got us promoted twice ( some may say we should have won the league both times rather then finishing 2nd) and many would say those 2 seasons were one of the most enjoyable watching Saints . However we now don’t have a Ricky Lambert, a Adam Lallana, a Morgan schneiderlin or a Jose fonte . In fact the team that got promoted from league one would probably beat our current team . As you say Adkins has done nothing since . Still one of our finest managers but he wouldn’t be the success he was the 1st time .

Said this at half time . Our biggest game of the season , must win and we let Palace bring a drum in . the club is rotten from the top .

Exactly this . I’m not expecting us to finish anywhere near the top 6 . There is no evidence to suggest that Sports Republic have any idea what they are doing . Top that with the financial problems that comes with relegation and the need to abide by the FFP laws of the championship. It took us 7 years to get back last time and could be even longer this . I think some fans forget that when we survived on the last day of the season v Sheffield United and the season we went down to the 3rd division the championship was no fun at all .

Reading have now had their points deduction confirmed and are now only a point above the relegation zone . We could lose another good trip if they go down .

Reading could go down I belive they have a 6 point penalty to come yet.

I'd like Eaverton and Bournemouth to come down with us, can you imagine being in a lower league then fucking Bournemouth? The only thing we have left to play for now is trying not to be the worst Saint steam in top flight history. What was it 32 points in 2005? Cant remember what points we got when we went down from the old 1st division in 74?

They will give us an idea of how much trouble we could be in next season in the championship.

It will be eithr Everton or leeds coming down with Us and Bournemouth. Those who think we will challenging for promotion next season will be in for a shock - unless we get new owners (again) and a new board.

By appointing till the end of the season Selles our crap owners / board are taking no more of a gamble then by appointing any other manager their crazy minds could think of. However lets not forget that Selles came in the summer with a load of other coaches to help improve us - that has not happend. We can re asses in the summer and hopefully by then board may surprise us and appoint a manager that could lead a play-off push next season.

That’s about the only thing Sports Republic have been right about since they took over . We are going down .
