Very good i see what you did there:). Is it just me, or does Wotte appear to be saying that because of the many media outlets, the players are always going to be open to rumours and possible false claims. He is right, but there is an old saying no-smoke without fire.Does he seriously believe someone has made this up.......why......it's the echo not the Sunday red tops.In my day we were fined heavily, and taught to have respect for the public, and people paying money to watch you. Get a grip of the players WOTTE, and maybe, just maybe these stories will not materialise any more.( That is not to say DMG and BWP are guilty). That's it soapbox away. -
Yes my heart skipped a beat for a second........shame.

I'm with you Torbay/Cardiff, funny lot on here, if you could just send a picture of your ear-lobes......it just might help.

Yes you are right, but, as i was saying earlier why has someone from the club not taken responsibility to tell these youngsters, by all means have a night out and relax, but be aware as to where you go, be descreet.Out on the streets are a lot of disgruntled fans, who are hurting for being 2nd from bottom of the league, last thing they want to see is players ****ing it up, if that was what they were doing.Fans want to see that the players are hurting too. -

That rumour about McGoldrick & Wright Phillips attacking a fan

The trouble with being a football dinosaur, is knowing that having wide player getting chalk on their boots getting to the bye-line and crossing gives a far better angle for players arriving in the box to hit the target. The best we have managed all season is Lloyd James chucking it in from 30 yards away, causing it to become fight ball with inevitably a decent centre half kicking it out. Trouble is Derry is this country's greatest hour was 1966 where Sir Alf played no wide players, beats me mate.
-
Agree with all this Derry, i start to question my own knowledge of the game, when what appears to be simple solutions are not put in place. It could be the fact that i know Jack about the game anyway. I could forgive G.B to a degree as alot of people said he liked a drink:rolleyes:, so simple solutions are a little more complicated. FWIW, Derry i enjoy reading your posts on the football and it appears we sing the same songs in church.

Controversial post alert - ignore if you like Lowe

I'm confused now Frank, is this fence in a trench, if so you won't be able to see either side. -
I would normally attend this fixture, and have for a number of years, so i decided after the S.United game i would stay at home, not listen to the radio and just put on sky at twenty to five and hope for the best. By the way i was in Greece when we beat Norwich at home.Right so i am doing my bit for the team, it's now down to you team and Mr.Wotte.
-
Good luck,Brett, the header at Villa Park will stay in my memory bank forever, along with Stokesies goal in 1976. What a day out that was.:drinkers::drinkers:ee
-
Nothing would give me more pleasure than to applaud some initiative brought forward by Mr. Lowe which takes this club forward. Sadly,IMO i have seen nothing to warrant that. I am not anti-Lowe for anti-Lowe sake.

Class come back Duncan, i fear SOG may be waiting some-time.:smt035

How typical, tarring everyone with the same brush. I will be on the march as is my right, i will not be causing trouble and i won't associate myself with any trouble.I have told my employer i am on the demonstration, in case my ugly mug does appear on the TV. My initial gut feeling was to react by telling you to F*** OFF, BUT DECIDED NOT TO DRAG MYSELF DOWN TO YOUR LEVEL.
-
I guess i'll look it up in Duncan's book then, when i get home.
-
Indeed especially if there is a good shot of the ear-lobes.

Yes...................yes you are

He did John, he did.Would it be too much to ask to try again and then go forth and multiply himself.
