I think that goalkeeper has been the most pressing issue for Southampton squads since Boruc was dropped. If this position is not addressed before the close of the window it will be another layer of negligence or recklessness. Maybe the outfield players we recruit will do enough to compensate and keep us up, but I will never understand why our board seem so prepared to gamble.
