So with Forest's season now over, can Poch now call on Billy's services or is it the case that because we didn't include him in our 25, we can't use now. Or does it depend on whether you've used up your full complement of 25 and can add others, if not? Could do with his poachers instinct at the mo, given our lack of goals in the last 4 games. Mayuka hasn't looked that likely IMO.

I think we'll get the point we need from either Sunderland or Stoke anyway but I can't see Wigan getting 8 points from their last 4 games to relegate us (hopefully not famous last words!) should we lose our last 3 and all the others climb above us. It'd be bizarre to see Newcastle go down, as this would mean that 3 former Saints managers would be relegated from the Prem in one season!

Apparently McMenemy is still to decide between Wells and Katalinic. The young lads Wallace and Moran could feature & Keegan is fit again. We'll need to make sure we keep a good eye on Cunningham and the centre half stands up to Regis. Ah, the good old days...

I've had a suggestion from a Mr R Hodgson to add into the mix: Whatever happened to that Rickie Lambert chap who scored for Bristol Rvrs to put Southampton out of the cup on the telly? Disappeared after that. Shame weally, he looked good...

Sam Baldock. Going back to League 1 with Brizzle City. Glad we missed out there.

Shaleum Logan. Looked a great prospect at Tranmere on loan from Man City and I remember thinking he could do a job for us. He's at Brentford now, who are going well, but I thought he could've progressed more by now.

Took 1 decent free kick which Lambert nearly turned in at the far post if I remember correctly... Has flattered to deceive most of the season but I have a feeling he'll suddenly just 'click' and not look back and we'll wonder why we doubted him. A bit like J-rod.

Having a chat with a mate today and he said, since Fat Sam went to West Ham, he actually thought he might dislike them more than The Skates, which made me wonder if anyone else out there disliked a team more than our traditional rivals? I've always had a particular dislike for Arsenal but no more than Pompey.

Couldn't see one anywhere. I guess this will mainly hinge on our internationals returning injury free & hoping Shaw's knock is not too serious. Need to build on that excellent performance against Liverpool with another good one against Chelsea.
