Took his chance today and then some. Needs to do it consistently now. Great to see. -
Boy, did we screw up over Tadic...

The only good thing about Tadic leaving is that I haven't sent the word Susan in any messages about football since he left... -

Got the winner for Yeovil today. Good luck to the lad. -
Didn't expect anything, didn't get anything. Nothing lost, nothing gained. A jolly to Tenerife, however it was dressed up, was never going to paper over the cracks. A win over Fulham is a must, both for the 3 points and our own confidence. Now need to lurch through the rest of the season & hope Cardiff or Brighton collapse. With a fragile, but talented, lead striker, we desperately needed some new blood up front. Part of me wonders if the no striker selection today was Ralph making a point to the recruitment team.

Hasenhuttl ...can we criticise him yet...

I think he sets us up with the 5 at the back because, defensively, he doesn't feel we're up to it. However, we're still conceding goals even with the 5. It also means we're lighter up front, in an area where we are already poor. We don't hold it up well nor do we carry a real threat when we go forward. Honestly, we may as well ditch the back 5 and try to support the front guys more, in the hope we exert more pressure on the opposition defence & keep the ball away from our own. Shane Long as the sole striker can never be the answer (unless the question is "which Premier League team has the worst first team centre forward?"). -
Disappointing given the timing of their equaliser but would've taken a point beforehand. Cardiff must win especially if they beat Bournemouth.

Despite there being a number of committees on the go, apparently the transfer committee is not one I'm allowed to join. Disappointing. :-/

My sources tell me Adams is very keen to come to Saints but we can only complete the deal if Austin goes, as that way we save a few quid by re-using Charlie's old "CA" training kit. If anyone else leaves instead, we have to start the scouting process from scratch, to find someone else with the same initials.

Alex Crook @alex_crook 32m32 minutes ago #saintsfc still interested in bringing in Che Adams but at the moment #BCFC not willing to negotiate. That could change between now and 11pm. Stay tuned to @talkSPORT throughout the day for any developments.

Huddersfield have signed Karlan Grant from Charlton. Has done well in League 1 but the Premier League is a large jump. Having said that, Lookman has done ok at Everton... -

As Adkins always said, "control the controllables" which we can do by winning tomorrow & creating a bigger gap between us & the bottom 3. Also drags Brighton back into it too. -
Of course. It's always the fault of someone who's recently left, at work..

Any hints as to whether this (Che!) is likely to happen Eric?

Should we be concerned or up our bid???

The Telegraph are usually pretty good with Saints stuff so this seems to me like it's probably true.

Or we leak a lower amount so Genk don't think we've more to spend than we have?
