Who said anything about the fans turning on them. I suggested that the fans dont go. We're more likely to turn on them watching the shite that they and Juric will serve up. Continuing to turn up in our droves and happy clapping is an interesting method of displaying our anger to those decision makers. And as if the players give a fuck....just like the 22/23 season about 90% of them will be queuing up with their agents come May time to get off the sinking ship as quick as they can - not that many of them will be missed
-
Be good if fans stayed away. This team doesnt deserve any support and there is definitely no 'entertainment' being served up
-
I thought Goztepe were having a good season. Yes, they're sitting 6th but they're only 8 points ahead of the relegation zone. The Ankersen effect
-
Wouldnt pretend to know how much input Mowbry had or which players he was responsible for identifying/signing. We've had some good signings the past 18 months and some dogshit ones too. Plus RM and others had significant input. Not a bad thing though allowing the new man a chance to build his own team. The next 3 windows are huge for us. Will be the difference between putting up a serious fight to stay in the PL or becoming a mediocre mid-table Championship team
-
Already looking forward to us being very busy on the transfer front - not that I've any faith in SR getting the recruitment right, but at least we'll get to see the back of some of the 'talent' that have been stinking out SMS the past 9 months. I didnt think I would hate any group more than our 22/23 team, but this team has outdone them.
-
Good thing we'll not get to find out. If we recruited players to suit his style of play and with the Championship being a lesser level, then yes he wouldnt be a total disaster. But we also need a manager who, if they got us promoted, could conceivably make us a competitive team again in the PL. I have zero faith in Juric being that manager with some of the mental decisions he's made during his time here. The fact that SR have not acted already suggests hes here until the season's end
-
Yes we've still to play them......but we're not beating anybody as long as Juric is still in the dugout
-
We can all accept that the players are not good enough. The likes of ABK, Stephens, Manning, Sugawara, Downes, Smallbone, Sulemana, Onuachu and Archer are not PL level. Never mind the squad filler outside that. We're also placing so much emphasis on young, inexperienced players like Dibling, Fernandes and Les. Thats not Juric's fault. But I thought this manager would make us more solid and hard to beat. Its been the opposite - we're so easy to play against, we look so disorganised, he's tried employing man-marking for god sake. Its been a disaster and if hes still here by Monday then you wonder if SR are just taking the piss out of the fans

Juric has managed to make us worse. An incredible achievement. Sack the dickhead now

Nope. I've thought that for quite a while now. Just another desperate record to add to our long list of them
-
If we lose this today is there any real point is persisting with Juric until the end of the season? Just give it to Rusk. It cant get any worse than this
-
To be fair hes shite defensively and much better going foward
-
Sugawara!! For his stupidity last week (and this season) he shouldnt be anywhere near the starting lineup. Juric is just taking the piss now
-
Ramsdale KWP ABK THB Welington Les Downes Dibling Fernandes Sulemana Archer 1-1 We'll take the lead, but with time running out and passing Derby's points total within reach, we'll concede a silly goal. Will leave us sweating it for the remaining games
-
The fact it has taken Juric this many games to realise just shows what another shit appointment he has been. Well done SR 👏🏼
-
Will be happy to see the back of Juric but not convinced that Rohl is the answer. That being said, our recruitment in the summer and what our team looks like come the start of the season is as equally important as the man in the dugout
-
I had no issue with RMs limited managerial record and was actually happy with his appointment as Wilcox had a clear plan on how we should play and RM fitted the bill. But that inexperience (and of couse his stubborness) was his undoing, therefore I'd be keen that we appoint a manager with a bit more success/experience than Rohl. We need somebody who can get us promoted but also play a style of football sustainable in the PL
-
Exactly. Wednesday will likely finish 13th-15th. The whole argument that hes turned them around is wearing thin. Hes steadied them, but thats all. RM got slated because he had achieved nothing when we appointed him, yet some are advocating that we do the same again. I doubt we'd have as much interest but for him previously being Ralph's assistant

As much as we would like to, we dont require a mass clearout this summer as we have a core of players who've got us promoted before and we can rely on some of them again. We need to look at it as a complete restructure over two summer windows and put ourselves in a better place to compete back in the PL. Realistically we're definitely not holding onto Ramsdale and Dibling as they'll get us 60 million plus between them. Plus KWP is guaranteed to leave. If we can, I would sell Sulemana, Onuachu, ABK, Bednarek, BBD and Smalbone as they may get us some value (maybe another 40 million) I would clear out the likes of McCarthy, Bree, Manning, Stephens, Fraser and Stewart by any means necessary. That would leave a core of Bazunu (as backup), THB, Edwards, Wood, Welington, Sugawara, Downes, Aribo, Fernandes (🤞🏼), Edozie, Archer and Armstrong. Look at a few of the Goztepe players (Juan and Matsuki) and add 6/7 new signings to strengthen our starting GK, DM, AM and CF options. I'd get us promoted with a record points total and then take the vacant Brighton job in the summer before we're back in the PL 😂

Agent Ivan

Who said I was pissed at him. Just pointing out that I would be surprised to see him play much in our run in
-
That'll be KWP done for the season. Not want to risk his summer move and big pay day
-
Whens the next fan engagement event? Had no problem doing them last season when things were much rosier. Alot of grovelling and explaining needed
-
Do recall similar being said at the end of the 22/23 season and we bounced back ok. Yes, this is much, much worse, but get a decent manager in (big ask for SR) and we'll be grand. Couldnt care less if most of the players dont recover, because if we're serious about competing at PL level, quite alot of them shitebags will be gone in the summer and not a moment too soon
-
He wont be in charge next season so you're wasting your time
