They've signed all these players yet only started about five of them yesterday - absolutely crazy. Cooper has enough on his plate trying to keep them up, now he's got to keep nearly 20 new players (no doubt with heavily weighted appearance fees) happy. They're going to feel it if they go down, that's for sure.

Now that would be some signing. Not a striker, however, which begs an interesting question about whether we'll be getting one as well. Better numbers than Antony last season, who is about to join Man United for 80-odd million. Funny old game.

They're all shite imo and ours would be even worse. Semmens and Ralph blowing their own trumpets for 10 hours of tele hardly sounds appealing to me. Sunderland's one was the best because it was honest about what a complete fucking mess they were at the time. Was almost like an Office spin-off at points.

What a star. As many have said, his attitude and commitment is really refreshing - he gives everything for the cause. He's by no means a left-back, but his positioning and even some of his defensive attributes are improving and yesterday just showed how it has all come together for him. Going forward he's a real livewire and was perhaps the key to us taking those 10 steps up the pitch both yesterday and against Leeds. Bravo Moussa.
