It won't. That doesn't stop it from being the priority of the justice system though. Whilst we would all like him to suffer at the hands of his fellow inmates, for that to happen we would need them to commit more crimes. Should we be condoning further crimes to satiate our own desires?

52 years of watching his back with plenty of beatings thrown in - assuming he'll be sent to the 'right' prison full of prisoners who won't be happy he's there. Then there's the zero chance of parole and doubtless many increases in his sentence due to bad behaviour he's no choirboy apparently! In the incredibly unlikely event he gets out in 52 years, he'll be 70!!

When we see that behaviour from a cabinet minister I'll happily pass judgement. Until then I'm happy for Americans to be idiots.
