The options would be : 1. Potter gets sacked, continues to earn a shit ton of money / receives a massive wedge of compo cash from Chelsea and puts his feet up for a couple of months until a tempting offer comes in. 2. Potter gets sacked and immediately thinks the best thing for him to do is take on a basket case of a club, pretty much nailed on for a relegation to go on his CV. Not sure option 2 is that tempting, unless you think otherwise?

I accepted last week that not only would we be relegated but that Nathan fucking Jones would still be here at the end of the season. Whilst I'd love us to win (or even just show that we MIGHT be capable of doing so), once the inevitable has been accepted the farce can be enjoyed more.

Why are we 'probably going to pay off his contract with us'? I thought we paid our sacked managers on a monthly basis until they started a new job? If (huge IF), Nathan gets sacked this week, he'll be starting on the drive through counter at McDonalds in Merthyr next Monday, so we won't need to pay him more than a week more than we've already paid. What's more, he will have easy access to the chips so can put one on each fucking shoulder.
