I am very aware of the difference I'm also very aware that there is a law in place that states it is illegal for members of the armed forces to take 'strike' action. Thus, the only 'protest' they have left at their disposal is to go 'awol'.

To be fair there are a number of people who have gone 'on strike' in all but name. Granted it doesn't happen on a mass scale, but all those individual 'awols' add up....

How do you access your Gmail? If you just go on to the Gmail website, then you may lose the lot. If you use a webmail program - such as Outlook express - it will download the messages onto your computer from the server, then it is simply a case of adding the folders where the mails are stored to your backup routine. For added security, the message can be deleted from the server once it is downloaded to your computer....

Well, I'm gonna hazard a guess that even at ISO800 with f16, in those lighting conditions, in order to light up some of the stuff they have that is in the shadows they would need a reasonably long exposure time. Remarkably clear pictures for a camera fixed to a chest which will be moving constantly
