We have five games now against teams we simply have to score against, if we are going to remain a competitive team in the epl. If our strikers haven't got a few during this run, then I'm first on the panic bus. With Stu back, Bedders and McCathy looking good, there's no reason why things won't start to click. uts

This isn't the worst suspension scenario for us. With Armstrong on the way back, I'm quite looking forward to a different looking midfield. What we don't want to do in the next few games is lose a CB to a red. Then we are in trouble.

I wonder if JV has a big confidence crisis going on, because he looks like he did when he first signed for us. Terrible. It took him over a year to look like a decent player here, and then he wants out for a bigger project as soon as there's a sniff. That makes him fair game. Berty was a great servant to us, and was top of his game for five of those years.
