What I find really odd is, at the end of the international break, we were at full strength with the return of Stephens. We've had a right bad run of luck, to add to our crap tactics and limp displays. Glad there's no long dates on the list. At least we can still cling to hope.

Well, that wasn't half as painful as BHA for me. Now that was a sick result! Yesterday, after a tremendous start, that could still be considered a little loose with defending, we utterly capitulated. James sets the tone. However disappointing he is, suddenly runs through the whole team. We need leaders, we've got none. 3-0 really flattered us. That should have been six. God, I almost hoped for nine just so we could press the fucking reset button once again. Looking at how organised Norwich look since Smith took over, really highlights Ralphs limitations for me. Sometimes, you've just got to know your strengths & limitations and not deviate from a simple path. Whereas RH seems to go for the definition of madness every week. Death by a thousand cuts.

The thing that is hurting me is, BHA are a pretty decent team, but that first 45 is probably their worst half of football since their promotion. They were abysmal. Their patched up team had no cohesion and no threat. We managed to create a really well worked goal from some good individual skill, and then contrive to fuck it up. The mid week game had a similar tone. Leicester are a good team, but they were awful, especially in the first half. So we are doing something right in making teams look bad. But we are definitely doing a lot wrong, in missing all these really important opportunities. Two winnable games now becomes, an away game to inform Arsenal. Suddenly, from having a near full pick, our squad is absolutely shredded. In one game we've lost our spine, and also are going to have to chuck a kid in goal. Its too early to say crisis, but we are lurching from blind faith to incompetence. Today is the first time I'm really starting to doubt Ralph. A tale of two half's, I look forward to reading his biography in a couple years time to dissect what actually went wrong!

Bit surprised people are jumping on PEH so quickly. While here, we were asking too much of him. He was being asked to hold and create, and clearly couldn't do that. But his early games at Spuds showed a marked improvement, when he was given the one task to concentrate on. I thought he performed really well. Not sure what has made him go off the boil recently, and I can't say it upsets me.......I love it when a defector fails! But I'd have him in our team over James if his job was just sitting and breaking play up.

Redmond has been a lot better in recent games, and that is great to see. But I wish he'd try something new when going for headers. How many times does he jump for one, then seemingly duck out the way and land on the deck giving the opposition the ball. I don't think I've ever seen a player look so scared of making contact.

He does look increasingly desperate, and its harming his game.
