Club is toxic. Making teams that have just come up from league one look like Barcelona. No disrespect to Oxford and Birmingham, as they’re clearly working hard and set up well. But with our resources and size of the club it’s just beyond horrendous.

This and the Oxford game are nothing short of a disgrace. As bad as anything under Still. The formation is a fucking joke.

This is such a ridiculous argument, lol. If formations and tactics do nothing, why does every single club in the history of football have a manager? If it’s unimportant and only down to players then surely they’d save money on a mangers wages? Why do some managers make a huge difference to a team instantly?

The question is, would THB do well in other championship teams? He has dropped off massively, but he is one that can still do a job at champ level Swap out one of Cov’s centre backs for THB and they wouldnt lose too much. Our problems run far deeper than him, in my opinion. It’s almost all the players around him, the midfield, the keeper, full backs. No CB will thrive in this team because we are fucking toilet.

Only caveat to this is he has been promoted twice. And looked good doing so. But this season he has been abysmal, like the rest of our defence. I don’t think 3 at the back suits him at all. One more reason why it’s absurd that it’s all we do.

Who cares? Useless wankers in a shit formation playing wanker football in a city that’s an absolute shit hole.

It’s clear the trajectory that we are on. And it isn’t upward. Terminal decline under these chumps. Looking like we’ll be back in league one again within 3-5 years. They get every big footballing decision wrong.

Sad to say his substitutions are terrible and he’s wedded to a useless system just like Still was. Dunno where we go from here. We are shocking.

I don’t understand how the club can supposedly be “data driven”, yet consistently ignore all of the data and copious evidence that we have a complete numpty in goal. So disappointing as a fan having to watch this guy fuck up week, after week, after week.

You can’t just flick a switch and turn a poor team into a good one. So far he’s done better than anyone could have hoped for, results wise. I agree we are poor in the second half. I also would prefer a 3 man midfield. But stuff takes time and he has to work with what he has been given.

I’ve disagreed with Fabrice on here about Martin, but he’s right here. Some of you have absolutely ridiculous expectations. We are the form team in the league. Of course you should always look for improvements, and there is a lot to work on, but the negativity on here is ridiculous.
