No it doesn't, even the article you posted rowed back on that, as shown by Whelk above. Also, let's stop conflating the wealthy and millionaires. All wealthy people are at least millionaires. Not all millionaires are wealthy.

The point is California haven't been shedding millionaires and they have very high taxes as well (in fact many have relocated there). The reason they are leaving New York is not because of taxes, it's due to it being an utter shit hole to live in.

Chance is by the time they've lied about their HR papers they've upped and moved to another barbers.
