It's also the fact that I need to be able to tow 3.5 tonnes (or more 😕), and at some points tow tractors out of holes. I don't think a 1.5 litre engine will really be up to that - needs to be at minimum a 3L Diesel, or 4L petrol to have enough torque.

Don't think you'd call him an established PL player now TBF. All he proved this season was that he was not good enough for the PL, and that he also has a bad attitude. He did prove however, that he only seems to be able to play in a Russell Martin system.

Yeah, pay up to NI threshold and take the rest in dividends. Tax burdens for dividends now have increased (or the amount you can take tax free certainly has) - and also you need to take into account that they will pay corporation tax on all profits before that. The tax burden is lower, but you do have the risk, not being paid for holidays or sickness, no pension etc. The dicks who try to cheat the system are the ones that spoil it for the rest.

Ish...I think the issue is the honesty part of it as much as the tax laws as such. Expenses are not expenses, but some people take the piss. Unless you're going to audit everyone though it's very hard to track.
