  1. Fucking disgraceful, and shows that utilities should never be passed from the public to the private sector.

    Israel

I'm not being funny, I have consistently berated Netanyahu, his cronies and the IDF, and not once have I been accused of anti-Semitism on here, or in public.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ce3n04w19qlo Just more genocide. It feels like getting food from Israeli run aid sites is a death sentence. Maybe that's the point, if they can scare enough people maybe they'll just do the decent thing and just let themselves and their kids starve to death. The Israeli military and Government are fucking cunts.
  4. Exactly this. These are the type of cunts that ruin it for the proper AS.
  5. I don't think many people were (are), him and McDonnell are not particularly nice people. Policies weren't bad though.
  6. I think he's commenting on the utopia part - from what I have gathered Whelk would probably be in favour of tax rises.
  7. Well, the policies of the last 20 years haven't worked either...
  8. Honestly, I'd vote for that manifesto now.
  9. I wasn't a fan at the time (mainly due to his Brexit stance), but looking back... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-2017-39933116
  10. Wow. And posh white women take it up the arse if were gonna do racial stereotypes. In all seriousness, if she wants to become that dumb, racist bint off The Apprentice then she's going the right way about it.
  11. People who confuse "affect" and "effect". Oh, sorry, wrong thread.
  12. That's it - I voted for change. I wanted higher taxes, a wealth tax, a switch to renewable energy, more (council) house building, a more synergised planning, green energy and building regs system, nationalisation of utilities, and frankly, some fucking joined up thinking. It seems we don't have that.
  13. Goztepe/Valenciennes
  14. Suga will destroy the Championship as he is so good going forward.
  15. Yeah, but stocks have been up and down so I wouldn't read anything into that - uncertainty breeds money. I also wouldn't choose your own investments - they are experts for a reason, and your pension isn't a place to be playing stocks and shares. If you have a fair amount then maybe your off the shelf providers aren't who you want to use, and someone more like HL would be better, but your fees will be higher as well.
  16. I did mine via PensionBee. Worthwhile or you may lose them if you have a lot.
  17. We had one when we moved into our place and we had to burn it out. Took a long time. Got them to also remove the hot tub because with what it was used for it was probably ground zero for COVID.
  18. Must be upsetting to think of your parents in that way.
  19. As I said previously, he has too many red flags to go for the amount we want, and he won't sign a new deal. It's a bit of an impasse. I also don't think he'll be much good apart from with us...I don't think he can cope well with change (as a lot of us on the spectrum can't). It causes huge anxiety. I think this will ultimately means if he leaves he is likely to flame out...and ultimately will return again.
  20. Whoever mentioned him must have been on crack.
