BBC live text: 87 mins... Fuchs shown yellow card for timewasting 90 mins... OMG where have the 5 minutes of stoppage time come from!?
-
Given yesterday's Spurs result, Leicester know that a win today would give them commanding lead at the top. So quite expected for them to come flying out the traps. Our management team will know that too, so would not be surprised if our game plan involves just soaking it up, not being overly adventurous etc, and trying to frustrate them for 45-60 mins.

Think it's the Capitol (Congress). Be interesting to see the background and then the associated reaction from the usual suspects. i.e. reaction if muslim versus black versus white ...
-
Butland to blame for the goal. Once he had a knock he should have put it in to touch, instead of back in to play. Good chance for FF now.

93% just means we have got our pricing structure just about right for our current capacity. i.e. on average it is almost a sell out, and we have to balance what we charge for the most attractive fixtures versus the least attractive. Plus there is no way we would be able to get 32689 for every match with segregation and unsold away allocations.

They've got it as their "medium term" target. This is because they know they won't get there quickly... but also that if they say it's a long term target, that would upset the deluded fans who think they should be playing in the champions league. They've got that covered separately by a founding principle (or whatever) that says they aspire to play at the highest level possible... or something like that.

So it's a 2016-2017 strategic plan that pretty much starts out with the goal of playing in the FL Championship... nope, can't see any problem there
-
This plus the introduction of all ticket matches (i.e. no pay on the day) and there's really no reason it couldn't be implemented safely.

They "won" it in 1949. I say "won" because they drew with Wolves and in those days that meant it was shared. Bless those old-timey ways.

18 years *to the day* after Dermot Morgan died...

Looking forward to them turning on the owners...

I've seen attendance given as 17808? e.g. http://www.bristolpost.co.uk/MATCH-REPORT-Portsmouth-Bristol-Rovers/story-28726841-detail/story.html

That is possibly one of the funniest / craziest suggestions that has ever come out of them!
-
Probably boos of encouragement though to be fair

There it is - £18.3m to Stoke

Pass #29 for example... wonderful cross field ball to a Bournemouth player with about 10 yards of clear space in all directions. WTF? By their rules you just have to count how many times you touch the ball from the point you kick off until you score?

It's definitely true that they are putting in planning permission for a fully enclosed stadium of that size. No idea if the picture is accurate. Planning process could be interesting as the access around there is pretty poor already.

Which is what actually happened, of course.

Better to have 11 in the first team than 10

You were travelling from UK though, presumably. Travelling between Schengen area nations is a lot more relaxed. -
To be fair TK Maxx have just moved in to an existing building with existing access and parking, utilities etc... (it used to be Wickes)

So to sum up: - the US's high death rate through gun violence is none of your business, and you're not even allowed to discuss it - and anyway, you're a socialist nanny state something something straw man, so there Thanks for the reasoned debate SG!

If surveillance is such a big problem for you, then you may wish to reconsider your choice of adopted home. Start here and follow the links: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass_surveillance_in_the_United_States Except of course I guess even reading that link might get you a visit from the men in black helicopters...

I find it to be unreasonable when people don't use reasonable force. You *literally* cannot reason against the use of reasonable force.

You're talking about the UK right? Cos that sounds like a nanny state.
