I imagine if anything, it would be a bunch of completely arbitrary and relatively minor things, rather than some overall subjective assessment of the quality of the stadium. Banner hanging would be a good example. If you could google up a list of UEFA ground regulations for the Europa League (2015/2016 season, naturally) that'd be just great.

Fixtures out tomorrow - who will we get first game?
saint si replied to Ivan Katalinic's 'tache's topic in The Saints
So in that situation the 25th and 26th are both on the weekend... so 27th and 28th are the Bank Holidays. If boxing day is on the 27th, then what's the 28th for!? Is that now xmas day? *brain explodes* -
So your actual stated objection to people disposing of guns is that they might not dispose of them properly? Keep on striving for new levels of trolling/idiocy. And on your second point, how about some consideration to the "individual freedom" of the dead child? Maybe a few dead children is a reasonable price to pay for a confused and twisted notion of liberty? By the way, what's your stance on speed limits on roads? How about security checks at airports? Or the police's right to shoot someone in the back if they don't follow instructions (whihc we already know you're a strong supporter of)? Are these not also tools of government oppression that limit individual freedom?

Your favourite goal at St Mary's and League One to European Football!

Didn't that win over Boro include Connolly's goal from 20 or 30-something consecutive passes? Possibly involving every Saints outfield player? And come to think of it, Schneiderlin's against Newcastle this season was some huge number of consecutive passes. Both goals highlight the way we have absolutely dominated some matches over the last few years. -
My stock answer to any question like this: Skoda Octavia vRS

Not seen this posted anywhere... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manchester-united/11658895/Manchester-United-become-worlds-first-billion-dollar-football-brand-as-Arsenal-slip-below-Chelsea-and-Man-City.html According to this list, we're 18th... in the world. Sitting above Galatasaray, Inter Milan, Atletico Madrid and more. Fastest growing brand on the list too.

Decent league one / championship chairman.

In that case - Leeds home in the Championship on opening day - i was just hoping we'd "hold our own" but our performance set the tone for the rest of the season. Then Leeds away ... backs to the wall smash and grab 1-0 for a vital 3 points. -

Well the text goes on as follows... A goalkeeper is considered to be in control of the ball: • while the ball is between his hands or between his hand and any surface (e.g. ground, own body) • while holding the ball in his outstretched open hand • while in the act of bouncing it on the ground or tossing it into the air

So your opinion of the UK - which you have made clear several times in this thread - is based on knowing absolutely everything about everything that happens or ever has happened in the UK? Or are you saying that you don't actually have an informed opinion?

You should have stayed in the car then

This will be a transfer rumours exclusive in The News by lunchtime tomorrow.

I guess a chunk of the high wages paid to the players will go back in to the local economy (via car dealers, exclusive bars, Nandos and hairdressers)

Yes but when they reach the promised land of League One then the money will really start rolling in, what with the massive overseas TV rights deal, the bidding wars for sponsorship rights that will surely follow, and of course the huge uptick in attendances that they will surely get. Even though everybody already goes to every game because they are so loyal, in League One they will buy two tickets each! So really it's just an investment.

I think you'll find he was quoting homicide rates

Is there a sequel to this thread yet? http://fansonline.net/portsmouth/mb/view.php?id=588275

depends if there is a bidding war doesn't it?

1) The Constitution is law... it's the highest form of law in the US. 2) in terms of conferring rights, what you're actually thinking of is the Bill of Rights which is just one part of the Constitution (a set of 10 amendments). The Constitution covers a much broader set of subject matter. 3) You don't live in the US, so not sure why you think the US constitution gives you any more rights than the rest of us 4) Human rights are enshrined in law in the UK through the Human Rights Act... not including the right to bear arms though... how terrible.
