Maybe saint sinner overhead NC saying "i'm going to get rid of that scouser in January" and put 2 and 2 together?

Why do you care? Much wierder.

Hate to put the other side of the argument for a second... Doesn't the CVA proposal say that the "dividend" payable to creditors will be (heavily paraphrasing) whatever is left after fees and some other costs are deducted? The dividend is only estimated at 2p in the £, so would vary downwards due to the additional fees. At what point creditors get to have their say again about the CVA, if at all, I have no idea. If that is correct, it would be purely a matter between PKF and creditors. But then of course that then wouldn't explain how or why the PST has budgeted for it...

They are hilarious. In one breath... "The new delay is very frustrating for the PST bid team" Then the next... "Our bid is virtually complete and the additional time will allow the final i's to be dotted and t's to be crossed" So which is it? Do you want more time or not?

There's a stream at nutjob.eu This seems somehow appropriate.

So it's totally fine to bring a court case and then repeatedly postpone it? Surely there must be rules preventing this sort of thing? It's just wasting the court's time and money... And the taxpayer foots the bill...

http://www.southampton.gov.uk/s-environment/policy/localplanreview/planreview-textinweb/chapter10/park-ride/waterfront.aspx Council already has land earmarked for a "waterfront" station, not too far from SMS. The strip of land is north of Canute Road and east of the railway line.

AfCON - Zambia v Nigeria - Mayuaka to Start

Ref is approximately the same standard as the teams then. And the pitch for that matter. -
When something trends on twitter, spam-bots start posting using the tag, trying to get clicks... you will note there is a common theme on the profile pictures!

Think that is in the FL rules, so not news - but still nice to see it in writing! The other looming deadline is the first anniversary of the administration - 15 February or thereabouts, from memory. In theory they need to go back to court to get an extension, so we should expect to see something on London Gazette soon on this, unless the PST somehow miraculously takes control before then.

Well his ability / inability to speak English is being mentioned, referenced in basically every article (sometimes just casual and factual, and sometimes more critically). Unless you are being deliberately obtuse, it is plainly obvious that much has been made of this. Examples: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21132250 "There are 20 minutes to kick-off at St Mary's. Mauricio Pochettino is probably reciting a rousing speech to his new troops now, only to have to wait for 30 seconds after each stanza for his translator to convey the emotion in English. I never thought that as an Englishman I would be able to hold the upper hand on languages, but Mauricio Pochettino needs to raise his game and get enrolled at the local college." "Pochettino is now having a tete a tete with Rickie Lambert in the middle. I think he speaks more English than he lets on. Pochettino that is, not Lambert..." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21081886 "Every answer, other than a brief hello in English was provided by an interpreter, but Pochettino said communication would be no issue with his players. "Football is an international language," he said." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21079956 "What does he know about the dressing room, does he speak English?" (quoting Lawrie Mac)

Saints only club in PL without undersoil heating
saint si replied to once_bitterne's topic in The Saints
So why hasn't the club invested in heated roads and pavements, criss-crossing the city, in order to avoid this? Disgraceful penny-pinching. -
It's not automatic, but the FL will do what it damn well pleases, so I wouldn't be surprised to see it roll over.
-
To play devil's advocate, he could be saying that the comment is ironic, because the BBC actually got the news from him.

PL will with-hold the payments to pay creditors. It's in the PL rules. In fact, more accurately, the money is not even due to PFC as the PL only pays it out if football creditors are up to date.

Asset stripping? This guy is a nut job on a windup, right?

Did they beat Walsall 4-1 or something? They can't be singing about the stolen cup win at SMS as they're not obsessed with us.

"rattled" lol.

Saints 1 Arsenal 1 - Post Match Reactions & MotM

He looked shaky for 10 minutes, but after that I thought he settled and from then on he claimed almost everything. His kicking needs work but some of his distribution out of his hands was superb. -
Surely this is not a fair fight. They can't even field a full match-day squad FFS! The football league need to take a long hard look at themselves, as this is making a mockery of competitiveness. What's that? It's Yeovil that have only got 5 on the bench? Oh well, carry on then.
-
So on the one hand they've not been revealing the levels of pledges in order to apparently avoid comprising the court case... (though I see they have now done that anyway, presumably against legal advice). Yet on the other hand, this particular deal surely is directly and hugely relevant to the court case? I.e. the two parcels of land are collectively worth more to a property developer than each on their own?

"Whittingham insists the players subsequently decided to cancel their Christmas arrangements ‘out of respect’. Instead they went go-karting" Well of course, what shows more respect than a bit of go-karting?
