It wasn't their taxes.

So based on this, the security arrangement was with Al-Faraj's company, not PCFC Ltd?

So basically it rests on whether by taking control of the club his secured charge was nullified. 78 points on goal difference is my prediction for the team that will reach 6th place. We can do it with 13 wins, 2 draws and 2 loses. One of those wins needs to be against Hudderfield and ideally Swindon. I think we'll come up a little bit short but on a streak that will see us automatically promoted in 2010/11
