Brighton Doing Us A Favour On Saturday Beating Huddersfield...!?!
Colinjb replied to dannysfc's topic in The Saints
They really don't want to leave Withdean on a whimper. Good news. Come on you Seagulls. -
I am exactly the same. We could be on the edge of something truly memorable here..... or something utterly agonising.
-
Totally agree mate, totally agree.
-
Infraction - Suggested/ Implied Racism.
-
Allowing Grandson to wear Skate shirt in Southampton - Foolish. Going violent towards said family - Abhorent. If you are reading this guys, you are not Saints fans, you are filth.
-
To be fair, they're having a laugh.
-
I am lost for words..... are you really still trying to justify that horrific slur by relating it to general dislike to Man Utd's standing?
-
Yes, that makes it absolutely fine.
-
More common decency.... but ok.
-
Absolutely. If they continue that run and don't go up, I will genuinely feel for them..... To go that long unbeaten, and still miss out. Horrible.
-
Oh god, what a difference that would have made. We literally never looked back...... And once they got over the shock, neither did they.
-
Sorry Chap, that's deeply wrong.
-
Is it wrong that i've missed him this year?

Barnard's winner v the Franchise. Forte's couple turned it around but when Barnard's went in..... I really started believing we could actually go up.

My posts have just become very relevant to the thread. Just installed 11.3 ahead of starting a new game, have gone back into the save (out of hope more then anything....) and it's healed it!!!!! My reign of terror can continue!!!!

All the best to Sholing, come on you reds! Shame it's a bit of a journey from Coventry.

Ok, here we go. To what extent do you believe football hooliganism is still evident? I don't believe it is that evident at all, you would need to actively go looking for this kind of behaviour to even know it exists in modern times. Does hooliganism affect your match day experience? It doesn't effect it at all. Research has indicated that football hooliganism is returning to a similar state to the problem days of the 1960’s and 70’s, do you agree with this statement? It's difficult for me to really comment as I wasn't born until 1984, however I certainly do not feel that hooliganism is a problem at all, therefore I would have to say no. What in your opinion provokes football disorder? Local rivalries and history between clubs (and alcohol) seem to be the catalyst for dissorder. Does your perception of football hooliganism deter you from attending certain football matches? No. I go to support my team, have never directly encountered any hooliganism and as such do not give it a second thought.

My benchmark is always the Blackpool cup game. Seaborne and Martin started alongside each other, Danny looked a lot more composed and comfortable then Martin. A decent League 1 squad player but down the pecking order, I can't see much of a future here for him. As I said, with sadness.

I have no idea what you mean. It can be nice taking second bites at things now and then though, haha.

Radhi Jaidi - Still an absolute man mountain but is starting to become more inconsistent. Keep as backup if possible, a replacement should be sought in the summer. On balance; Retain. Dan Harding - Has been superb. Retain. Danny Butterfield - The steady Eddie any good team needs. Retain. Oscar Gobern - I like him, has shown promise when he has played. Just so long his demands are not too steep, retain. Aaron Martin - Not as good as Seaborne. With sadness; Release. David Connolly - If he can prove his long term fitness in the summer, Retain. Anthony Pulis - Get this waste of space out of the club; Release. N'Guessan (loan) - Not impressed by him at all. Forte is a better player. Release. Dale Stephens (loan) - Wasn't too good against Hartlepool but really grew into the game v Bristol Rovers. I think he has potential. If he isn't too pricey; Retain.

Has to be Jose Fonte. Most consistent, most influential, most important.

Bit cheesy and VERY soppy, but you're welcome to use it if you want. Extremely soppy, but I like it. We have ourselves a bit of a closet poet here. -
I doubt we'll be seeing these again, stock seems to be a lot tighter in the shop these days so there will be less reason to sell the older stuff off. The family fun day though..... We had one at the kit launch last year, would love to see similar again this year for the return to stripes. And why is this thread in the lounge?
