  1. It has to be the 'Blue Creek' restaurant in Ghar Lapsi, Malta. Beautiful location, stunning food, immaculate service and not dreadfully expensive. All things considered it is the best restaurant i've ever had the privilage to dine at.
  2. All home league games except for Yeovil, Charlton and Brighton. (Damn midweeks) Blackpool in the cup. Away to Walsall. So thats 21. Will be 22 including Walsall at home this Saturday.
  3. Sorry Duncan, but that's very bad form.
  4. It's all about 'The Eclipse' - Winchester
  5. Got to say, if he feels that promotion is going to p*ss us off, bring it on Don Nicola.
  6. Really looking forward to this. Dad got our tickets this morning.... A great excuse to not drive back to Coventry so soon!
  7. Wear that 'Scummer' branded hat with pride mate.
  8. We've been accepted into the new 'Premiership 2'
  9. Because we are so 'super kewl' we have received a bye to the Premiership!?
  10. The Eclipse, Wichester for mid-day. Train into Southampton.... Then down to the King Alfred. The match..... .... Back to Winchester, maybe a pub on the way to the station. Back to the Eclipse. A Curry at the Gurkha Chef if me and Dad can remember. Bring on the party!!!!!!

Bless them. "There's only one team in hampshire...." Just you wait you vile skate filth, we're coming.
  12. Our kids handing them one upon their relegation may well put the record straight in some ways.
  13. As I wait for the actual photos from Home Park to come through via official sources, does anyone have any pictures of the game today that they would be happy for me to use in my match report on the front-page? Many thanks.
  14. Coventry away. The convenience is wonderful.
  15. Usually two days. In the mean time Alpine, have a beer for me mate.
  16. Bring on the party v Walsall. It's time to celebrate boys!!!!!
  17. The key point for me is the direct comparison of our last championship team with our present league 1 team..... The players who started v Man Utd. Jan 2009, Championship; Davis, James, Perry, Lancashire, Skacel, Smith, McGoldrick, Gillett, Surman, Gobern, Paterson Feb 2011, League 1; Bialkowski, Butterfield, Fonte, Seaborne, Harding, Chamberlain, Barnard, Chaplow, Schneiderlin, Do Prado, Lambert (Lined-up to attempt a man for man comparison.) Who would we rather have now.....?
  18. What do we reckon? Consolidation? A struggle? A play-off push? We are going back to a level where many teams from League one have made a positive impression, but equal number have struggled. 3 years into the five year plan. What do the fans expect? (Me? I want consolidation and a good cup run....... anything more will be a wonderful bonus.)
  19. Thankyou Chap, all the best for next season. Lets put the Skates firmly in their place with a two pronged pincer movement.
  20. 1995, Home v Leeds. A 1-1 draw and first point of the 95/96 season. Scrappy, uninspired but the atmosphere had me hooked. The times I had cursed my father taking me to that game, that agony felt at times...... the despair of administration and relegations. The JPT final last year and today though.... render all those doubts meaningless. Thankyou, thankyou Dad for getting me into supporting such a wonderful club.
  21. Absolutely stunning. Wonderful job mate.
  22. Not that anyone cares right now i'm sure, but Cardiff are three down at home to Middlesborough after only 20 minutes. Utterly unbelievable. This means that if Norwich beat the Skates tonight (and Cardiff don't make one HELL of a comeback) they (and Drew Surman) are up.
  23. Dealyed reaction. GET IN RICKIE!!!!!
