  2. The 'Chap in the Chapel' and 'Guided by the Light' columns where excellent, always enjoyed readin them but one hasn't been touched for about 5 months and the other for over a year! If these columns are not to be continued could it be worth starting some new ones?
  3. Having never broken piracy law, it wasn't a worry.

    Subway

Used to have Subway all the time at uni, there was one built into the student union and living in a catered hall whose kitchen shut on a the weekend left it as the best option. Always quite enjoyed it! Had one a week ago at the Trafford Centre though and it was bloody awful!!!!
  6. My first thought when I heard Cudicini had been run over was of james going to Spurs as cover for Gomez..... .....and that the guy recovers swiftly, of course.
  7. One word for that run: Swweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeettttttt. Loving this new era.
  8. Yeah, we are easily one of the best. THE best? Possibly.
  9. Home to Hereford please. About time we had a comparatively easy run.
  10. Wayyyyy back when I was younger I saw a car with B01L0X or similar.
  11. Fantastic news! But who would take corners instead of Lloyd James?
  12. You've already finished it!? What the hell!?
  13. No, I want to see them desolate, broken and totally without hope of survival. Your way would be funny as hell though!!!!
  14. That is cracking!!!!!! Sincerely doubt that is how it's meant to be, but it may just be subtle enough for them to get away with it.
  15. http://cgi.ebay.de/1994-Benetton-Formel-1-Rennwagen-B194_W0QQitemZ150386832229QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomobile?hash=item2303c0f365 Note the inclusion of 'Traction Control' in the vehicle features. Nontheless, if I had a spare couple of millions of euros I would!
  16. She pretty much snapped her neck! Showed the poor girl in a crumpled heap crying afterwards. At the very moment I saw that I fell in love with Elizabeth Lambert. :smt055
  17. Bloody hell! She as good as snapped that girls neck!!!!
  18. So where do you sit at SMS again? #makes note to avoid or wear raincoat#
  19. African Cup of Nations dates 10 - 30th Jan. Assume players are called up around the 5th or so, Skates fixtures in this time frame: 9th Away to Fulham 16th Home to Birmingham 26th Away to West Ham 31st Away to Man Citeh (Potentially losing a few players for this, one day after the final. The three 'core' games in this period are ones vital for their survival, all against teams who should be either beatable at home or will be fighting around them. And they will be massively understrength. Another 9 points gone begging.
  20. Perhaps, but GG was not the focus for this show, he was simply a conduit for the debate of whether the death penalty has a place in modern society.
  21. On the contrary, it had to be done in the context of an obviously guilty man otherwise it would have swayed things too far into the 'it's a bad thing' camp. The start of the show put it into the context of public outcry after the Soham murders coupled with a law making Brits accountable for their crimes overseas resulted in Glitter's offenses being punishable by death. It has actually changed my mind on the death penalty, I am now against it. That show showed me that no matter what the individual did we lose a part of ourselves if we stoop to that level. The glitter character didn't shock me, the dispassionate behaviour of those passing sentance and doing the deed did. As human beings we are all fundamentally flawed, it should not be our societies place to say who lives and dies.
  22. A really good program. Extremely thought provoking.
  23. Yep, certainly a sack-able offence.
  24. That is actually quite good!!!!!!
