  1. Derby absolutely shat the bed in that second half! I imagine Pride Park isn’t a happy place right now. Wrexham Hollywood ending is no more - shame. 🤣
  2. We all would’ve taken fourth when Tonda took over 😉
  3. Imagine we beat Ipswich and Bristol City 😢 But more than happy with a play off home game in the second leg
  4. Come on Hull or Derby - have a backbone and put Wrexham out of the play offs.
  5. But it’s not like Charles and Jander stepped up to the level of consistency that Downes is currently at 🤷🏻‍♂️ It’s all opinions, I couldn’t give a toss as long as we win and players give their all
  6. All four teams to win today, we’ll face Boro in the play offs, home first.
  7. Shout out to Newcastle and their oil money being 15th in the league. 😂🤣 I wonder what excuses Eddie will throw out before the season finishes.
  8. Another relegation for Jame Ward-Prowse, but he actually started this evening for a change.
  9. Downes has been the stand out CM. The others have been present. I don’t really know what more you want me to say? I think I’ve explained my opinion clearly in the previous several messages. 🤷🏻‍♂️
  10. Some things unfortunately are beyond miracles, I think this is one 😂 It’s like waiting for Moussa Djenepo to become the next Sadio Mané.
  11. Downes, Jander, Bragg, Charles Downes is a player we should try and keep at all cost. Jander and Charles have re-sale value because of the age or short length of contract remaining. Bragg I think has done very well and been quietly efficient since coming in, and isn’t afraid to put a leg in. Charles has looked very casual and if it wasn’t for his two excellent goals I don’t think he’d be talked about in the way some currently are. I’ll be surprised if he is still here come the end of the summer, can see him ending up at somewhere like Forest or Everton, back up north.
  12. Currently being dragged around Florida (Disney) by wifey, fortunately she’s suggested a pool morning tomorrow, will be looking for a stream at 7:30am 😇 Magical stuff!
  13. I would fully expect us to ask for a decent fee, but I think that’ll come down significantly. I say that as a Jander fan, I think he’s been decent, but if we’re in the Championship and say he wants to leave, then we’ll probably take a slightly reduced fee to move him on.
  14. Jander has been ok, his recent performances good, but let’s not gloss over the fact that he’s had a very mediocre season in terms of stats. He’s been good, but to say he’s been £30M good in the Championship is quite funny.
  15. The technique of Scienza’s goals vs QPR and Derby. The audacity of Charles vs Oxford. The composure of Larin vs Wrexham. The “fuck it” hit from Stewart vs Sheffield United. The finesse of Azaz vs Manchester City.
  16. You’ve misunderstood, Jander I reckon £20M is more than enough. Shea Charles I think we’ll be lucky to get £15M given he’d have a year left on his contract, was offered a new deal in the autumn and nothing has happened since. He’s almost certainly gone.
  17. “We’re fucked” probably a bit extreme. We’d sell key players to balance the books, and effectively have to finish 1st next season with no excuses. A tall order.
  18. He’ll be gone in the summer, I can’t see him renewing his contract unless we get promoted.
  19. We’ll be lucky to get £20m for him, and based on Shea Charles contract I reckon we’d accept £15m for him, maybe even less.
  20. Agreed, but that is purely dependant on us keeping this squad of players together. I think it’s very likely that Taylor Harwood-Bellis will leave, as well as maybe Shea Charles (contract running down) and Casper Jander (varying rumours of homesickness). Leo Scienza will be subject of enquiries from all over, and depending on our finances we may not be able to afford players like him, or to bring in the likes of Daniel Peretz and Cyle Latin. The above is all based on if we remain in the Championship next season.
  21. Could do worse than Scott Parker if Tonda leaves, all that said I think he’s here for the long term
  22. The technique by Stephens vs Leicester was exceptional in that comeback game
  23. Larin v Wrexham was decent. For an athlete that size to pick up that pace so quickly and score so calmly and composed was very good
