copy and paste: I have a login and quite early on posted a copy of the 'MOTD-attendance is everything' dig at the scummers that I'd written and posted on here. It was the sort of daft stuff I used to write for Frattonise, and it got a nice reception on here. The people that replied to it on POL absolutely hated it, saying it shouldn't be on there because it was about scummers . A large proportion on there seem to be utterly paranoid about our 'friends' from up the road, to the point where they're not allowed to be mentioned. Part of the problem seems to be the fact that on the infamous PTS thread on scumweb, a large number of their regular posters boast about having logins for POL, and have been posing as Pompey fans for years. The way I was jumped all over in very quick succession, it does make you wonder. I still login to it occasionally, but every time I do it seems to be the same mix of humourless individuals and closet scummers. The bottom line for me is that I felt very unwelcome, which is a shame as I've more than done my bit over the years to help the Pompey cause....
