Completely agree. Hansen is an embarrassment and should have been sacked by the BBC when he refused to slag off Dalglish following his deranged interview after the Mancs v Scousers game when Suarez wouldn't shake Evra's hand. The only pundits on the BBC that I rate are Lee Dixon and Claridge. Mark Bright and Robbie Savage are just a joke. Oh, and Colin Murray should be got rid of as well on MOTD2. SKY are streets better. I even think ITV pundits are better than BBC, am particularly impressed with Carragher.

I could imagine him signing for Bournemouth actually. Since they've got that wealthy Russian guy in alongside Mitchell, they've started to splash the cash. He'd probably get better wages at Bournemouth than if he signed for Cheats.

I think we could be making a mistake if we let Hammond leave. His distribution admittedly isn't the best, but he's been a really key part of our success over the last three years. I think he deserves a chance to play at the highest level, and he could be good enough.

There are far too many people within the game who call it "The Barclays Premier League" when they're being interviewed. It's as if they get a £1,000 bonus from Barclays every time they mention them. Like you, I call it "The Prem" and think all players, managers etc should do likewise.

I'm probably in a minority on this, but I think that Solent's football coverage is top-notch. I think that any competitor would have to go some to match them.

I've been with SKY for a few years. Rang them up a month or two ago and asked if they were doing any deals on ESPN, as I said I'd be prepared to pay a few quid a month for it, but not £10 a month (which I think is the usual price). After a couple of minutes talking to her manager, the woman on the phone said she would charge me £10 a month for ESPN, but knock £9 a month off the cost of our monthly SKY Movies subscription; therefore it would only cost an extra £1 a month. Thought it was a good deal so accepted. It's always worth giving them a call and see if they'll bargain.

Could be interesting though. Maybe he thinks Paul Lambert is going to jump ship, so he only sees a slide ahead for them. Probably been tapped up.
