My understanding on the Liverpool allocation is that there was a concern that if there were too many tickets available for “general sale” to fans on the Saints database, they would end up in the hands of people supporting Liverpool. If true, it is one of the few bits of “logic” coming from the ticket office which I have some sympathy with. Not that this logic could apply for Leicester or Palace away......

I e-mailed them last Tuesday to complain about the allocations for Leicester away and Palace away, and am still awaiting a response. Seems we’re not even “customers” now.

It’s not even as if the club will benefit financially, as they are selling more tickets at £10 a pop to away fans than at £20 to our own members. And they have turned the game into what will sound like a home game for Spurs on the day. Which will be as unhelpful to our team as you can get. Harming ourselves in many ways.

Why don’t we just give up any advantage we have, and let Spurs play the game at their ground instead? Absolute joke of a club sometimes, Saints.

Hard to disagree with any of that. They make it as hard as they can for us to follow them away, and then roll over to away teams when we are at home. Ridiculous.

Probably in the block next to the Saints fans, which the club should have taken up.....

You would think they would have covered the pitch overnight (?).

Really wet overnight. Pitch will not be in great condition, if playable.....

At the risk of staying the obvious, this is a massive game for Ralph. Regardless of how high up the League table he gets us, if we lose this game we will not ultimately look back on his time with Saints with anything like the regard he would otherwise have merited.

I saw him a couple of years ago at Bournemouth beach; he really is massively tall. Very ironic that we thought he would be too small to make it in the game.

I think Swansea away 18 months ago was pretty immense in the grand scheme of things. We certainly wouldn’t have Ralph here now if we had lost that game.

That might work if there weren’t 18,000 Pomps fans also travelling to the ground at around rush-hour on a weeknight.

Probably alluding to a large section of old school support who may well not qualify for tickets.

Why would members not get a chance???

Depending on the allocation, I think it may well go to members due to:- - Spurs away a few days after - being on SKY - people not being arsed with the bubble - people simply being scared off going (possibly the biggest factor actually) - if it’s Photo ID on the coaches that will stop a lot of ST holders buying tickets for their friends, as happens for a lot of games generally That’s my hope anyway. I’m desperate to go to the game.

I also remember the gap-toothed freak. Actively encouraging us to lob stuff at him. Hope his collar was felt by the OB.

He is shockingly bad.

There are lots of options out there for less than £10 a month.

You can add the following: - not time-wasting against Everton - stupidly getting sent off at Palace and being banned for the relegation decider against United - going back to the Skates Not a fan of his at all.
