Exactly. Are people refusing to pay £42 when they would have been happy to pay £35, meaning of course the day out costs say £87 instead of £80 (including travel, food, beer etc)

Most other London games don't even seem to get as far to being on general sale.
  3. Anyone know how many tickets we've sold? I went online this morning and had to wait 45 mins in the Q to get my ticket. Surprised it's not sold out.
  4. Just got my ticket. In a way I'm pleased they were £42. It would have been already sold out otherwise.
  5. It's amazing to think how superior we are to so many teams in this league, when a few years ago we envied these lower half Prem teams.
  6. Does anyone know how many tix are left. I'm not an ST holder so it's 9am for me tomorrow.
  7. So we don't charge Wham fans that much at SMS then?
  8. If Wham were in the cup, his return would be our game. But they're not so their encounter with us will be his final ban.
  9. Travelling Saints fans have been awesome for me. Def played their part.
  10. Sorry could someone remind me of our solitary signing in the same window a year ago?
  11. At the end of the day we are well capable of getting at least a draw for this. They have more to play for in the league and their players will be conscious of getting injured for the LC final. Get a draw on the Saturday, a nice home 6th round tie on the Sunday and then a big ding dong in the replay.
  12. Irrelevant though because I'm not sure MP is going to sign a retarded player.
  13. Come on !! Lets win this now.
  14. Saints on live stream (laptop) and Liverpool on BT sport surely.
  15. Reminds me of Shearer at that age.
  16. How come? Do you get 21 points for beating Arsenal.
  17. I'll never forget that 88/89 season until the day I die. It was the year I did my GCSE's. I remember us beating Villa 3 - 1 at the Dell with an amazing display to put us third. Our next win after that was April 1st at home to Newcastle. I arrived at half time during that games due to the shoddy trains, could only get in at the family centre, then in the last minutes Rodney was out on the right of the penalty area and their keeper came storming out and brought him down. Such amazing relief to actually win a game. Was also the Hillsborough season and the most sensationally won league championship ever won (much more so than 2012 imo)
  18. CN will always represent a time when Saints meant the most to me. I remember being heartbroken in 89/90 & 91 losing in the league cup 1/4 final on each occasion to Luton, Oldham and Man Utd. Some great games. Shearers hatrick debut (4-2 win) v Arsenal in 87/88 and the 4-1 win against Liverpool in 89/90 stand out. Liverpool were dominant and had won practically all their games up until that day in October.
  19. or we just win up there in the first place. Save us a bit of hassle.
  20. We let them win in the league cup game. Surely they can return the favour. Besides, they've already got their Wembley day out. Also, none of their players will want to pick up injuries for that final 2 weeks after.
  21. Could have been worse. We should get at least a draw there. Clear favourites IMO.
  22. EDIT: MLT kept us up for years MARCUS LIEBERR got us up from the bottom to the top, didn't they both do well, our two saviours
  23. Have you called the police ?
  24. I bought my tickets online and as always I had to pay a £1 fee per ticket. So this £2 surcharge means your actually only paying an extra £1
