Happy Days

Until such time as we are actually safe in this division then it has to be the League over everything; that stays the same until such point as we cannot get promoted as well. The Trophy is there to be won and the FA Cup is great to take part in but not at the expense of our league campaign.

Like the word "Legend", the word "Robbed" is over used by people who have no clue about perspective and what these words truly mean in the context of sport. Tonight the word "Robbed" does have a suitable place when it comes to describing what has just happened to the Republic of Ireland football team.

So sad to hear the news, all my condolences to Big Ron.

Super Saints, top result today. The great thing is that AP's rebuilding work is really paying off now; well done to the whole team. Next job is to get out of and then stay out of the drop zone. Next week game against MK Dons will give us a real indication of where we are at the moment as they do appear to be a team with a good chance of challenging promotion this season.

Not all of the footage was previously unseen; some was from the NYFD and has previously been seen, this appears to have been skilfully used to link together what appears to be the majority of previously unseen footage. A very powerful and well made documentary. Elsewhere; "9/11 Phone Calls from the Towers" is repeated on Friday 11th @ 21:00 & 23:45 on More 4 (22:00 & 00:45 on More 4+1). Also noted a rare touch of class from ITV when they showed "United 93" on ITV1 the other night and they played the film without breaking for adverts.

See some of the interviews across the networks this evening Contador seems to have his biggest concern about Bradley mainly due to the time trial on Wednesday - he is a bit of the unknown element it would appear. Contador currently seems to have the measure of everyone in the high mountains; however you never know he might crack and let someone in over the three main stages for GC left this week. Cracking stuff.

Make that weeks..... Decent night time views of the ISS return from 21st August; these are in the middle of the night. From 9th September we will have some decent evening views. These run until around the 24th September. Orbital changes in that time might shift these exact days closer to the time. Of course the shuttle will have long since returned to Earth by then.
