I’ve gone from blaming him for everything that I can’t pin on Rasmus to thinking he’s a genius and we are fortunate to have him, so just as well I’m not the chairman! his signings are looking superb, even if DD hasn’t worked out to date, Scienza, Fellows, Azaz and Jander, wow. (The players WS was struggling to play regularly)

In guessing he’s got a niggle or something
-
No, I have a higher degree of accuracy, he’s a chancer by comparison.
-
It is, he's done exceptionally well to get the three wins, I don't thing WS would have got much or anything from those games given the trajectory we were on. Leicester are a different level.
-
Normally I'm delusionally optimistic, but I'm worried about tonight. Its Leicester for a start. We will go a goal up then "Hologram hands Baz" will throw one in and we will get caught in possession fannying around at the back. 1-3. They have much better players than our last three opponents and we just wont get away with so much.
-
This is becoming difficult, I think it’s likely I won’t get a Birmingham ticket with 15 aways after having no chance of an Oxford ticket. I don’t know if there is a better system but this feels a bit like pulling the ladder up
-
Or he gets the cold shoulder and ultimately frozen out.
-
I suggest in future you would do well take notice, I know things…..
-
I guess we will see when we play Leicester. Not that I need anymore evidence Baz is not very good at saving shots.
-
True, but the other side of that argument is he didn’t have to make any saves yesterday.
-
I don’t agree with that, we are far more fluid and mobile under Tonda. Players making runs, giving options, pulling the opposition out of shape. The CB’s aren’t tripping over each other and spread well In possession. It’s still five at the back but bears no resemblance to Still’s five at the back. Much more dynamic.

Tonda is the only one with a 100% win record, stand out winner.

Just got one.

His risks have definitely “changed” Southampton FC, nobody can deny him that.
-
We are going to win.

If I recall correctly, and I’ve no intention of checking, we had a bit of luck in the first game, some decisions going our way, they had no fit striker and one of their best players went of injured. We did well in the highly charged second game, but their chance had gone by then. So, as you say, no schooling involved.

Is Charlie still in touch ?

Yes my child?

I feel this is a serious problem with the data driven recruitment / reward process, in any industry, stats don’t reflect strength of character or personality. Some people are masters at satisfying the metrics while achieving little of value.
-
As I said above, I'm not supporting the decision, but if it turns hostile straight away we will be the losers.
-
I’m not advocating for him, but if that’s the decision that is made the only viable choices are not to go to matches or go and give them your support. It’s pointless getting on his back, it will be counter productive. It’s really unlikely Saints will ever appoint the type of manager the general consensus among supporters feel we need, without having to rip up the whole SR (Rasmus’s) philosophy.
-
If it is him I just hope that the supporters give him a fair go.
-
The Crook story may be nothing, but it is possible SR are sounding out fan reaction. Dragan has history in using talksport as a vehicle.
-
Good for his next contract negotiations though, I like his style.
