I was responding to the "high risk strategy" of signing young players, he is not in that category. I don't think I made my point very well, but I was trying to get across it's not the young players we signed that are the issue, it's the 2 or 3 key roles we didn't fill that are the issue, for me anyway.

I have an issue with that logic. Our midfield is neither young nor inexperienced, but that is where most of our problems are. Our CB pairing are young and inexperienced, but have barely put a foot wrong. Our high risk strategy was not signing a proven no 9, not signing the attacking midfielder we have been crying out for since Tadic left and Redmond turned to custard. We sold Romeu and have no cover at CDM. It wasn't a high risk strategy, it was simply incompetent.

Come back Harrisson

I was only commenting on this game in response to someone saying we were awful, that's all. I have had a gutful of Ralph, and think it's time for him to go, but I'll take this win, because if and when the new man comes in, I'd prefer not to be adrift in the relegation places. Re shots, I think in actual shots on target we were pretty equal.

I thought AMN showed a lot of promise, when Lavia is back AMN could be very valuable further forward. Che runaway winner though.

Think, or know?

Jwp could, he’s not at his best at cm at the mo

We weren’t dreadful, good substitutions and closed out the game really well.

We are going to win tonight, it will be a good performance.

They didn’t make anything of it, one quick replay, seemed like he went through his ankle without touching the ball
-
Should that have been a sending off? The foul on Johnson

If Forest win 8 - 0 they go above us
-
They overlap by half an hour, so Brighton first then half hour of palace
-
Yay! Go us! We are not the weakest team in the league!

Should be an express term really, straightforward breach of contract. But my knowledge is basic and I’m not privy to the contract.

I have total recall as well, I was laying in bed listening to the match Solent, then Liz Hurley crept into the room and starting touching me beneath the duvet, suddenly I realised my wife was asleep next to me, so i said Liz, stop, not now, the wife's here, come back tomorrow. She never did come back. But the day wasn't lost as I was later recruited by the SAS to carry out a series of black ops, I had to turn them down as I had a busy week at work and a bit of a sniffle, but I appreciated the gesture. I definitely don't remember any booing.

Is he not retiring now?
-
No there won't be a clause, but there would be an implied term that you can actually carry the duties for which you are employed, to the required level. He is clearly too proud to resign and probably thinks he can turn it around still, so yes, in that sense the decision should be made for him.
-
He sort of has dishonoured it as he falls way short of the standard he is being paid handsomely for.

Or, it confirms you are TWAR? You also got a frowny face from "the king if frowny faces", AKA MLG, or was that subterfuge?

Guardiola isn't a good example, he would definitely struggle with our squad limitations. I think this is one area Ralph is hopeless, he tries to get a team to do more than they are capable of, particularly when we went through the high press burnout phase, I still think he tries to be too clever. A better example would be Sean Dyche, he can get a mob performing at a level above the sum of the parts. I would have Dyche in a heartbeat, I understand a lot wouldn't, but that may change when we are starting to get cut adrift. Before anyone points out he got relegated, or as good as, he had little investment 3 seasons and and injury crisis to deal with.

Another day he would have had a hatful. I was in the chapel, quite close to the action, he’s a unit, would bring others into play.
