  1. A really good week for him I thought. Excellent first half against West Ham, a very decent performance against Bournemouth, and thought he did a great job for the team. I just wish he offered a bit more in the final third, but fantastic assist today. At the end of the day. It’s completely reliant on movement in front of him. Deserves to be starting atm,
  2. Another very decent performance by the manager. Great week for him no doubt about that. Imagine if we had a goalscorer…!
  3. Wasn’t Gakpo, or Broja who were the ones we wanted. The money being talked about for Delap was ridiculous, so glad we kept away from that one.
  4. Wouldn’t surprise me if Elyounoussi started RWB in a 5, given he played there midweek.
  5. Thought about if we had a threat up front, defences would be more wary / deeper ? As blunt as we are, and no strikers that get in behind, means they just push up and squeeze it.
  6. Best tactics against them is to get at them, but think they’ll beat us regardless. Keep the score down, and move on to next one. Try keep it tight and nick a draw.
  7. I’d love to know where some fans think we should be with the squad we have. Some proper deluded fans out there. We have one of the least experienced/ worst squads in the league, and have the worst selection of strikers. Where do fans think we should be? IMO, we’re where we should be. I hope this young side, can grow second half of the season and bloody a few noses. But regardless, without a goalscorer, games we should win it’s quite easy to draw or lose.
  8. Edozie?! What’s he done to deserve a start? Would keep him as an impact sub personally. Only way we beat them is by nicking one and bullying them out of it IMO
  9. Think he’s got to the World Cup regardless tbh,
  10. Thought. Given the circumstances. It was an excellent away win. No win is easy in this league, especially away from home. You look at our team and there isn’t huge quality there, but the fought and battled and left everything out there tonight. Adams was immense. Shame we have Arsenal next as we hopefully will get a bit of confidence back, especially with Lavia on the way back too. JWP much better tonight too.
  11. So so good. Showed how to lead a line tonight, superb.
  12. I would normally expect changes tonight anyway with 3 games in a week, and a day less rest than them. Luckily all our players are shit so it doesn’t really make much difference who plays.
  13. I never said he was...
  14. Tbf, there were quite a few, I went with a bunch of mates who support west ham, and they said there was quite a few they knew in the home areas, not 100% confirmed in fairness
  15. Redmond was better than them all last season, so I was shocked when he was let go. Would be starting every week for me.
  16. Supercomputer hasn't seen us play. And probably doesn't look at players ability. Even just looking at data, it seems baffling that we're not there. Highly likely Bournemouth and Leicester don't go down.
  17. Think it's more likely Djenepo will play on the wing than Theo but we shall see. It's worth a go, as nothing else is working.
  18. Did they give him a load of money, or did the owners buy players they thought were right for us, irrelevant of manager? and not necessarily for he "team" but for the "business"? I think the board believed Ralph was the right person in the summer and had done enough historically to deserve a chance with a few fresh faces. Unfortunately we're still a striker and attacking midfielder short of having a decent team and this looks like it will eventually cost Ralph his job.
  19. Adams didn't train yesterday.
  20. Anyone got any parking recommendations, and pubs near the ground ?
  21. Dreadful Manager IMO.
  22. Based on what? I’m not sure Guardiola could do too much with the current lot. A team with no goal scorers will always struggle. I also, will never want us to lose so the manager gets sacked. Especially in such a big game. It’s highly likely we’ll get relegated anyway, unless we spend a load on money in Jan which let’s be honest, probably isn’t going to happen.
  23. I’d probably stick the same team out as yesterday. Need more from AMN and Aribo especially though. Still no idea where the goals are coming from though.
  24. Much better yesterday. He is promising.
  25. Any news on ABK?
