It’s cos of the WC and European fixtures. These two games, assuming both postponed, might not be played now until Jan…!

Sounds like JWP is back in training which is great news. As if I ever expected him to actually miss a league game.
-
From what I’ve heard he was never any issue in the background, and was always a very good professional and very popular within the group.

I think “normally” they’ll have a first option clause too, I.e the opportunity to match any other bid outside of the agreed timeline where the buy back clause is valid. They also have a sell on clause I think, so I’d guess if it was outside the “buy back period” we agreed to sell for £50m, and they had a 10% sell on, they could match it and buy him for £45m. But of course these clauses aren’t standard, each one will have terms written into them.

He doesn’t go.

Yup - there are a few I think, inc KWP...

Christ! I really like him, think he's a good manager, and done a brilliant job with Brighton. If they had a striker, they'd have finished way higher up the league. Lost 2 very important players this summer, and flying this season.

JWP struggling this week apparently...
-
Yeah pretty sure it is Ballard

Mess of a club Chelsea, just spent £300m and then sacked their manager after 6 days of it being closed. Doubly frustrating because I'm pretty certain Broja would be here if this had happened last week!

Interesting...guessing City Group don't have a turkish club...

Got his first call up for Ghana today, in prep for World Cup I'm guessing.

Cheerio Nathan. Thanks for everything, been a great signing, and had some great moments at saints. Best of luck for the future.

Think it depends on the defensive side of the game too, especially playing in front of Djenepo. Personally I see him as an option off the bench. Elyounoussi offers much more defensively. Likewise AArmstrong.
-
Thought he was quality vs Wolves. Sure it will take a bit of time to get used to playing a bit higher up the pitch.
-
I'd rather just use it for goal line tech, offsides, i.e. black and white decisions, and leave referees to just manage the game themselves. The referees wouldn't do a worse job than the current lot trying to use it, and we get as many howlers using VAR than we did without. Remove the subjectivity.

Yup. Looked nowhere near good enough to be a decent premier league player, but probably an option to be a nuisance. Never nice when someone gets a long term injury though.
-
Too much probably, especially if they’re as skint as suggested. Makes you wonder why Tielemans wasn’t sold this summer really.

Leicester have a drum which is a relegation offence. Hope they go down.

They’re scoring goals for fun, and seem to have it spot on, which seems to be what you always say about Brentford. Done amazingly well since they got promoted, will be a very tough game. Baz; KWP ABK Sali Perraud; Diallo JWP; Elyounoussi Aribo AArmstrong; Chele

I think we did ok, but lacked quality in the final third, which is not a huge surprise given who is playing in the attacking positions. Bit of a shocker from Che today for that chance, But everything else about his play was great. Solid at the back, obviously opened up quite a bit once we went in behind. Perraud seemed to get roasted a bit down our left. Thought Prowsey had a decent game, and Diallo really struggled after having a decent second half on Tuesday night. I think we might see this quite a bit this season, where we don’t deserve to lose and end up losing 1-0, because of a lack of quality in final third. Already happened twice this season. Frustrating.
