  1. http://www.kentnews.co.uk/kent-news/Tonnes-of-timber-washes-ashore-along-coast-newsinkent20013.aspx?news=local "A timber reporting line has been established by Kent County Council. Any member of the public sighting washed up timber cargo are asked to call 08458 247247." That would be Special Branch then I thank you.

  3. Never put Red wine in the fridge. Never keep cookery books in the fridge. HTH
  4. /\ Neil Fowlds used them and got to be No 3 in the world of snooker apparently, but was outed and now just does the old King Edward work.
  5. Is it true that a lot of Bowls players are not allowed to compete in tournaments due to being on beta blockers and the like? They wouldn't be allowed in the olympics that's fsure.
  6. Marks out of 10 people? Jenny Bailey - Mayor of Camridge. Be kind now... Vladimir Luxuria - Commun ist Reforendum Party (Italy) Getting better? Who could say no to Manuela Trasobares then? Not me, for one. I am imagining that she is holding my balls in this one. Hot lips Kim Coco Iwamoto - Hawaiii Board of Education, definitely a Hawaii Five-Ohhhhh! That's all for now folki.
  7. Yabba Dabba Dooo You owe me one now Flip

  9. They need waking up, not ****ing hypnotising.
  10. Iain, Dowie in my opinion, is one of a very small number who would and could be welcomed into the fans hearts, not just the dugout. I am assuming that we will be scrapping our way to safety in Div 1 next season and trying to overhaul a points deduction. I also think that he is the type of bloke who the fans will support in numbers through lean spells, whichever division. "Iain Dowieeees Red and White Army" fits too.
  11. www.moneysavingexpert.com Step by step you WILL save a fortune. I can demonstrate this to you right now if you want? Tell what you do for a living? (Seriously)
  12. It won't work though, people on here won't even mention it IMO. Oh..

  15. From this information, can we use the analogy of God being like a number 17A bus? I still maintain my view that Mr Heather (if Heather be his name), would have been treated very differently, had he been a Muslim refusing to drive a bus advertising Cadbury's Cream Eggs at Easter. His managers appear to have bowed to his religious blackmailing.
  16. That's a good link mate, cheers. I'm chearing for the stewards on this one.
  17. I worry that the same supporters who were involved with in-fighting and scrapping with stewards are all going to be there again for the next match/es. I think it will be extremely tense between these factions, and a real tinder box. I am seriously considering NOT GOING for reasons of personal safety. How ironic, that I (and I expect others) may be moved to boycott because of the very same people that I have this weird affinity with, of being a Saints fan. My God, this is madness, you really could not have made it up. The FA will be aware of the incidents yesterday. If the club 'allow' this to happen again, then no one should be surprised if they do not consider making us play behind closed doors. All IMHO of course.
  18. For getting in the opposition half?
  19. Am I being naieve, but Pompey are 4-1 to win this. Surely they aren't that bad?

    RIP Tony Hart

Top top presenter. This news has made me sad, he inspired kids like me who were crap at art to have a go at making stuff, ussally just made a mess though. RIP Tony
  21. If we are going down then I'd like to see Spurs relegated, I'd expect them to sack 'Arry, and probably walk the Championship, whilst Pompey could get relegated the following season after having the most miserable season to meet us when we come back with loads of new monay and trounce them home and away, ending with us going up as champions and them dissapearing forever.
  22. Okay, if we assume that he has the right to refuse to drive a bus with atheist messages on. He is taking this action on principle, his principles, his very strong God fearing principles. Can anyone explain to me why he has not really stood up for his principles on this one? Why has he not refused to drive ANY bus that is owned by a company who are making money from these ads. It should not matter whether he is driving the bus or not, as a proportion of his wages are being paid by the people behind the ads. I do n ot know the chap, but some have commented that he comes over as a nice chap. Maybe he is, but I would be interested to know who brought this story to the attention of the press? I wouldn't be surprised if it was himself, he seems to be revelling in his tales of getting his own selfish way. I bet a pound to a penny that he would not be quite so amiable if his bosses had not been so soft. It's a good job that he doesn't work in their department that sells advertising space on said buses isn't it. "Oh boss, had a call from those atheist nutters yesterday, I told them to **** off and take their evil money elsewhere. That's okay with you isn't it? After all, it doesn't quite fit in with my personal beliefs. But hey, I closed the deal with 'Bent' magazine, they've got that lovely Kylie girl on this months cover. What do you think? http://mag.bent.com/

  24. I personally do not like McDonalds, I really don't. Their food makes me feel sick, some argue that they are making our children obese, and they account for far too much litter on our streets and laybys. I also pay taxes to have that litter cleaned up. I accept all of the above because my views are only MY views, end of. Would I be reasonable to not drive a bus displaying a Maccy D's advertisement? No, I would be stupid to do that. Furthermore, many millions of people in this country have marched, signed petitions and protested about our armed forces' involvement in various skirmishes around the world. Do these same people refuse to ride a bus that has a recruitment poster for the Army displayed on it. No they don't.
