We are in a lose-lose situation. If he pulls off a freak result, there's a slim chance we could stay up - but he will not be sacked. If we lose, there is pretty much no chance of us staying up - and he still probably won't be sacked.

Come on, we all gave them a chance. At least he admitted he was wrong and sacked them pretty sharpish, something Lowe refuses to do.
