It's not really comparable to a penalty shootout in terms of fairness. A penalty shootout is to decide a winner between two teams that couldn't beat each other over the course of 90 or 120 minutes. The play offs are great drama, but fair? Absolutely not.

Think we need to put our foot down to be honest, we can raise funds elsewhere, Tella has just proven himself in the division we'll be playing in and will have a much more positive mentality than any of our current squad because of it so we should be bringing him back and making him first choice as part of an attacking three.
