This is where I want to see him, he was only briefly played up top by Arsenal and it coincided with his best run in front of goal. He is a striker, not a winger, and hopefully we will play him there.

I found myself a bit annoyed that he subbed Djenepo off so early for Redmond, Redmond consistently gets full 90 minutes without providing anything but Djenepo gets hauled off for him after looking dangerous and getting a goal.

Not been that impressed with the standard of writing so far on Athletic I have to say.

We didn't only play one game, there was at least two full senior games and one of them was actually two games as it was four halves worth of football. But I don't disagree with the point in general, we clearly fucked up our preparation.
