Thinking about going to this, bit of a trek from Weymouth for essentially a reserve cup final though. I'd probably be more inclined if it was U18s. Although I guess we need to change the mentality of looking at it as a reserve team.

£20million plus Chicarito sounds about right to me. -
Any comment on the content of the article? How are you going to justify that one?

For the love of god, quote properly or don't quote at all. I have no idea who is saying what.

Easy money betting on Waddock there.
-
Except Birmingham had a player sent off so it's not.
-
Form changes, stop being such a f*cking miserable b*stard.
-
It's not bad, but it's put on about 400 times a day, it's ridiculous.
-
Complete opposite of recent times, rest of the attack was pretty poor but Pelle was excellent. Hope to god he goes on a scoring run now to the end of the season, but I would still prefer to bring someone else in as first choice striker next season.
-
Yes, we can. We need to win every game for it to be possible though.
-
Get in there!
-
More chance of catching City than United imo, need them to turn this round. I'd much rather go into the last game with it in our own hands than needing United to drop points elsewhere...
-
I'd wager Koeman hadn't spoken to mane about it at that point, but he probably meant that Mane had a problem with not being allowed to take the penalty, not that Mane himself was a problem.
-
I don't think that at all, quite the opposite. He seems very humble and happy to be a part of the team in his interviews, i remember hearing him say that he is 'not special' in one although i can't quite recall the context. He was first choice pen taker at the start and then just forgot that ward-prowse had come on and therefore become the pen taker. That's all.
-
He can, but he's nowhere near as effective. Maybe he can adapt though, Rodriguez certainly did - but it took him a full season to do so. Next year could be Manes year (not that he's been bad this season).
-
I don't really remember anyone being especially happy to see the back of him? Most were pretty baffled.
-
Looking at it today i'm not so sure it is over. City lose to United this weekend and we win, we're 5 points behind and play them on the last game of the season. Needs a swing in form, but the pressure might be off us a bit now. Win all our games between now and 24th of may and i reckon we'll be in with a chance. People always say about teams hitting form at the right time - from now till the end of the season WOULD be the right time. No room for error but it's possible.

Elia was excellent in the first half away to Everton. I really don't understand why he gets so much stick. We got some excellent balls into the box on saturday but nobody was f*cking moving, not just Pelle but anybody from midfield.
-
Who was Osvaldos third goal against? I only remember City and Palace?
-
Everton fans are literally the worst i've ever encountered, only heard them three times throughout the match and even then it was just barely. Pelle was f*cking awful, i'm slowly getting more and more convinced he just isn't good enough. Not sure why Elia is getting slated, he looked dangerous in the first half. We need to move the ball quicker! So many times a player looks up, sees Bertrand/Clyne free on the wing and slowly turns, ambles and rolls it out to them. Get it out there as quick as possible instead of letting the opposition get themselves set!

TV GAME: Aston Villa (H) moved - now on BT Sport
Saint_clark replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Thank god it's on the same day, read the title and was ready to be f*cked over due to other people having the sunday booked off at work already. -
They do it at Villa already so maybe check with their website? Only slight negatives is that with the sell back scheme, you'll see a lot of people buying a season ticket, only attending United/Liverpool etc and selling back the rest. I guess the seats are still there to be filled, but it means JCLs will get more seats for the 'bigger' games. Also, if i'm being fussy, the renewal period (7th april - 24th may) seems a bit soon and short.
-
It's supply and demand though. Bristol City won't regularly sell out in the championship, but Saints will in the Prem - and have this season. The prices the tickets are right now feel perfect for a Premier League team. I don't think they should be any higher than that in all honesty.
