Gotta be the itchen for the WAGs, surely.
-
I never said they would, but it might shut up some of the mugs on here (at last).

To spend money we were assured that we didn't have.
-
No-ones certain, but we're not exactly going to make plans now for him being a failure are we? What are we supposed to do, sign another 2 or 3 keepers the same age for the future just in case?
-
I doubt Clyne will be back.
-
I thought they were pictures relating to the bust up?

A surprisingly sensationalist story from 442. Only 100 players interviewed across all 4 English leagues and the SPL, and yet they open the article with this; Another quote from later on - Maybe the defender just lost weight, or had an off day the first time you played against him? I'm not saying none of this stuff goes on, in fact I'm sure it does. But this article seems to be trying to imply that football is riddled with drugs, racism, match fixing and homophobia.

What the heck is happening in the 6th picture here? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20902177

I won £60 after betting on QPR at 12-1 when it was still 0-0. Swings and roundabouts.

If we sign Astori or another first-choice defender...

No-one right away. New defenders replaces Hooiveld on the bench, give them a chance to settle in and learn our style of play and then if/when someone's form drops in the first team the new player will get a chance. If it's a question of who is playing better right at this moment...I'd have to say Yoshida. -
They're talking about Shaw as if he's already been sold.
-
I doubt that will even feature in anyones mind when thinking about signing Shaw. The only person I would consider resting is Lambert. Other than that, full strength.
-
Not sure I believe that he was deliberately booting balls into the family stand...
-
Kenwyne Jones is an incredible athlete, but he seems to have serious motivation problems. When he actually can be arsed (like against his old club) he looks brilliant of course.
-
Offer upwards of £10million I think Cortese will come to the table to negotiate (or if Shaw says he wants to talk to whoever is bidding). Otherwise, nope.
-
I would of said that there's been a falling out and the club have no intention of using him again, but he was on the bench V Reading when we could of used Cropper if that was the case.
-
It's a shame that he lost it the season the got back into the Prem as he really had something to prove after the Sunderland debacle. Who knows, he may turn it round yet.
-
Yeah, bit annoyed about that. Have to say though that all it required was Richardson to run it into the corner in injury time rather than hit it over Gulys head and we'd probably have held out. Think it's best if we stop worrying about it after tonight though, there's a LOT to get frustrated about from today and if we dwell on it it'll probably lead to ulcers.
-
Having seen Gulys chance it really wasn't a sitter. In fact I'd say the chance for Rodriguez leading up to it was easier, only had to put it either side of the keeper on his favoured foot 15 yards out.
-
Have to say, he probably should have done better with Upsons goal. Just had to stick a leg out rather than diving down towards it.

That was stoke singing 'oh when the reds'.
-
If that is the case I can honestly see Game/Gamestation or whichever it is called now going under in the next gen of consoles. I've lost count of the amount of times I've popped in to look for a quick bargain and ended up spending £30+ because I'm so weak willed. Remove that and the only times anyone will ever go into a shop is if they know they are definitely buying a game.
-
Said after the Sunderland game that two points from these two games was required, but after being 3-1 up that is gutting. Shame Guly didn't put that chance away - not just because it cost us the points, but also because now we'll have a load of knobs ignoring his good performance.
