Apart from scoring goals, Lambert has still performed to the same standard as last year - that is, he is still winning 99% of his headers, playing great balls to team mates and generally looking very sharp.
Let's not forget that he is also still our top scorer, whether they're mostly from penalties or not.
To sell him would be a massive, massive mistake. He scored 37 goals last season without sprinting down the byline every game, so why does Adkins need to change the way he plays now?
