  1. Two pairs of socks, short shirt, long sleeved shirt, Saints shirt, coat, gloves...sorted. Nothing I can do about my legs.
  2. What makes you so sure?
  3. He was online today, just after 12 o clock.
  4. As an aside, is Fonte the top scoring defender in the league? Must be up there.
  5. Lambert still put in a great centre forwards performance today.
  6. I might be mistaken (it'd be a very big mistake to make) but wasn't it Jaidi who was trying to get the ball of McLean for their goal?
  7. I agree, but there were too many outstanding performers for me to even consider Holmes. Just wanted to know the reasoning.
  8. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?26562-quot-There-is-finance-there-believe-you-me!-He-is-there-to-back-us.-quot
  9. How ridiculous. Your vids were brilliant.
  10. Aim high. Why aim for mediocrity? Seems to be his philosophy. "I want us to be a settled Premiership team..." "I will get us into the Champions League" "Do what you have to do"
  11. I'm not sure. I think the same poster has expressed a complete anti-Cortese attitude since he came to the club.
  12. Who voted for Holmes...really? No videos this season mate?
  13. What an utterly ridiculous thing to say. Care to explain this view?
  14. If the Preston chairman is to be believed, we already have...
  15. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_1/9191972.stm "Adam Hamill's superb first-half strike - his seventh goal of the season - gave Barnsley victory over Portsmouth." Yes, it can
  16. Chaplow.
  17. Have you honestly seen trouble at Saints games on the scale of Millwall, Leeds, Cardiff etc? The worst i've seen is V Pompey, and that was nowhere near the level you see at the previously mentioned. Personally I think we're considered "high risk" just because of the sheer amount of people we take away from home nowadays. My brothers a steward at Yeovil and they were told to expect a pitch invasion from the Saints end. There was nothing planned at all, it was just because there were so many of us.
  18. Was anyone else surprised by the scale of it? I assumed it was just a continuation of Saints in the Community, didn't realise it had nearly 10 different programs. And all those kids will probably grow up to be Saints fans, whereas they otherwise might have become a plastic. I think we're more of a family club now than we have been for many a year.
  19. The Messi one is good enough.
  20. Fair enough. I was planning on starting a thread as soon as I saw that parade which might counter yours a bit, so i'll leave my thoughts for there.
  21. Was always gonna be the biggest game of the season for us. Said a couple of weeks ago it could sell out, reckon after todays result it will.
  22. As I said, I had no point. Just trying to gather the facts so we don't get a one sided debate.
  23. Barnard ran into the post for the second goal didn't he? R.E. Hammond, he has pretty much been putting those kind of performances in all season, some people just didn't notice it when we weren't winning. In all honesty i've only seen a handful of people criticise him - and all of them on here.
  24. We have two chants for him, how about getting a chant for Chamberlain rather than using the Connolly one? In fact, the song in the OP would work; Alex, Alex Chamberlain runs down the wing for Saints.
  25. He said there was 2500 kids in all weren't there? That works out at £25,000 if the shirts only cost a tenner. Not giving an opinion either way tbh, just saying.
