  1. They are on shocking form. That usually means we'll be charitable
  2. What about the rugby
  3. Good. Few mates will come down for a night out on Sunday. Are tickets now on sale as they were before or are they on sale nearer the time?
  4. I'm due the same sort of bill due to having a company car. Only had it for about 6 months so shouldnt be too bad
  5. They're only doing it to try and get 3000 in the ground. Asking for trouble though
  6. Actually, I remember people last season saying the points to get a play off place was around 10 points higher than average. If so, ignore my post. Just take it as it comes.
  7. Last year as you state, the league was stronger. I would say that means more teams we taking points off each other. This year there seems to be a group pulling away, so more points will be needed.
  8. Phil Warner Played for us 6 times (did alright I thought) I lived with his dad for a while Now plays for Totton
  9. No rule against women joining in. When we used to do it at my old office, men would shave their face and women wouldnt shave their........legs
  10. Doesn't work
  11. I'm going to sign up to the Hudders forum and post my revenge for this thread. They deserve it
  12. What a ****, change the title. Not Saints related either
  13. This. I don't think it would be that hard to organise. You need 2 or 3 people who are willing to put the effort in to get a group together. Maybe fans off this board? Decide a place to sit (well, stand) and go for it. Getting a group of 50 people together for this reason wouldnt be that hard. I think you're right that when block 1-3 opens that would be a good place to start. When getting the group together it should be made clear that it is NOT a firm. Meet up in a specific pub (maybe get the landlord on board and explain it) and get (new) songs going in there. Like I say, you just need to get a few people to put the time and effort in to organise it. Once it gets going, people will follow.
  14. Saints have taken a look at him a couple of times but the outcome has always been that he is not up to standard. I've heard he's been playing well again but I think he needs to step up a level before league 1 or Championship clubs make a move.
  15. Are you drunk? Anyway, he is more than good enough to get in our team, hence he is playing for a team in 2nd place the league above us.
  16. He suffered a lot after returning from injury otherwise he'd be well in to the 20s for goals this season. We don't look as good without him
  17. Bugger, had a load of mates coming down for this that wont be able to make it now
  18. If I was a Bournemouth fan, I'd be fuming at that pen decision. If the ref says it's not a pen, I'd argue he either has to book the player for diving, or it's a corner as Fonte must have got a touch. Fortunately, I'm not a Bournemouth fan.
  19. Yes they would. If it was Swindon saying how much they hate us, we would react in similar ways. Only natural.
  20. Another great bit is at the begining when they're filming the fans outside the ground, there is one wearing a man utd scarf.
  21. Jesus! Really bad but at least it's kind of original
  22. Beat Bompey today helps to put them to one side. It's still in our own hands but we do have just as many difficult games as they do. As it stands, they are the biggest threat.
  23. My housemate just made a good point. Can they afford to postpone it? They need all the money they can get asap.
  24. This for me. Everything was perfect in that game. Not only did we go 4th for xmas, but we sent the skates into the bottom 3 at the same time. Closely followed by the Carling Cup game we won 2-0. Beattie getting both. Not a classic game but as it had been so long since we played them, the build up, atmosphere and the fact it was an evening game just made it so electric! 1984 would have won it for me but it was very slightly before my time.
  25. Bloody hope its not called off.
