Agree with merging the forums. To be honest I think we only need a 'lounge' to discuss non saints related stuff. By having so many different forums, threads don't reach their potential and debates don't occur.

Just watched it back on saints player 'all angles covered' and I still think it was harsh. His team mates showed a lot more decent after the red card and as far as I know, none of them were booked

For the 2nd foul. Looked quite soft but can understand it being given. He didn't hurl abuse. He questioned the lineman who gave the foul. Nothing more than when the players question a ref when he gives a foul. Refs seem to get very protective of the assistants. I see NA and AL both said it was harsh too

Yes there was a form of memorial on the site before the ground was built. Some of them did serve the country during the war (front line) however when this direct hit occured, they were serving the country in a different form. Everyone had a duty. My Granddad (who was one of the men who worked with all the men killed, and the only surviver who worked that day) used to regularly watch/discuss Saints with all of them and knew them (and their families) very well. They were very close. They were ALL Saints fans.

I know it goes up to block 40. The Kingland North starts the same varity of songs as the Northam, with less volume and less often. I can see they even bang the back boards too quickly too. The only different song I've heard from the Kingland north was the first time the Guly song was sung at SMS. We can agree Itchen North was good though.

I remember this. It was really strange. There was a roar from the Itchen North that just spread right accross the whole of the ground. Noone was giving up and then suddenly Camera scored and I celebrated like never before. The noise was incredable. That atmosphere was amazing!!! I would love to see the MOTD highlights

I would say that reason is down to teams 'uping' thier game in the big stadium, as well as putting 10 men behind the ball. Nothing to do with 10-15 idiots at the back of block 42 that can't be heard on the pitch.
